Yeah, but you can also use passwords.
In a world shrouded in mystery, the winds of change begin to blow.

A proud member of Star Wars: The Mandalorian Wars and Darklight: Chronicles of Tairis.

LOL, Yeah....5 page passwords that take forever to copy down and enter into the system...Gyagh...It's MUCH easier to transfer the data through a link cable, but it only works if you have two gameboys to use...Otherwise, the code is the only way to go.

Yes, literally. Maybe even more...I'm pretty sure it was just 5, though. It's a pain, but getting your Golden Sun characters with their original stats and weapons later on makes it all worth it! ^_^

For me it is. Even so, I'd say inputing the password is the hardest part of GS2. But, if you don't want to transfer exactly everything you can input a shorter password. There are three types of passwords: bronze, silver, and gold. Gold passwords are the longest at 6 pages(though the sixth page is shorter than the others), but it allows you to bring over everything exactly as it was. Make sure you get all the Djinn in GS1. There's a secret dungeon available in GS2 if you have all of GS1's and GS2's Djinn.

And, uh, there are also cheat gold passwords that will allow you to bring over GS1's characters at level 99 with the best equipment possible. I think the latter part of the game would be too easy to be fun if you did that, though.

Well, all i have to say is if there is a Golden Sun 3 it should be for GBA. My Sp is so cool. It has graffit art on it. What graffiti art would be on a BS, um, pardon DS.
