Hey guys I was in a accident with cheerleadin a couple of months ago... I was throwin a girl in the air and she came and hit me with her knee in my chest. I went 2 the doctor and he said that me cartiledge is messd up. I want a full healin, soo if u read this can u say a quick prayer. It's sumtimes starts hurtin really bad again, but it has been gettin bettr. So thanks guys for the prayer.

Ouch! That sounds dreadful. I'll pray for your continued healing and that this wouldn't bother you in the future. That must've been quite a routine that you guys were doing!
