I'm having a hard time sleeping right now. For the last month, I have been awake untill 5 or 6 am and then getting back up at 11 am or so.

This is not good for my health and I know it. I need some help on this.

Yes, lack of sleep is very bad for your health. Have you spoken with your doctor about this? I'll pray for you, Bradley. *hug*

Yeah, I have. He not too worried about it. If I get my sleep (in the daytime) then I'm okay. But its getting worst now as not getting much sleep.

As you already know, I'm praying for you! :thumb: Regarding the sleeping pills Jman mentioned: as far as I know, those do tend to be habit-forming, so remember to extensively discuss such a prospect with your doctor before committing.

Keep us posted on your status!

Well, I can't take sleeping pills. I take too many pills as it is and I don't know if sleeping pills will mess with all of the other meds that I take.
