I have also been a big fan of this series of games owning all versions of the game for all systems.

SNES, GB/GBC, GBA, PSX, Gaemcube, PS2, N64. And I have enjoyed playing its evolutionary standards.

I'm also glad they are going to be brining out the "Girl Side" of the game as More Firends of Mineral Town within the next few months.

I love it too. Played HM64 and Mineral Town. My brother had Fight for the Town (dumb idea to cut out Marriage) and the Gamecube version.

My favorite version was the N64

No doubt it will. Harvest Moon sells well here. It's just a question of when.

THis is actually like the second or third female side one. In the original GB ones you could choose to be a male or female. However if the higher end console ones they had to solely due male or female ones so a lot of times they would release the "girl" side and the "boy side" seperately.

I almost passed out from exhaustion when I first bought HM64. That enough? Karen has been my favorite, and I see AWL as a disgrace, as I do Poem of Happiness. Not revolving around farming? Straying too far from the main idea.

I like the first game, and that's about it... That game was really addictive... I'm not sure who my favorite girl was, but I wish dating was that easy in real life... Just gotta find those diaries (it's ok, they only draw hearts in them... hehehe)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evcNPfZlrZs Watch this movie なう。 It's legal, free... And it's more than its premise. It's not saying Fast Food is good food. Just watch it.

Yeah it would be nice if all you had to was go pick enough wildflowers from mountains every day and give them to her.

It seems my question went unanswered:

Alas, I shalt ask thee again.

How does this game work? Is it like Animal Crossing?

Sorry... ^^; (I'll just take it onto myself that I didn't answer your question.)

Harvest Moon in general or just the new game "Poem of Happiness"?

For Harvest Moon is general, yes, from what I heard it plays similar to Animal Crossing. (I never played Animal Crossing before.) You fish, you make friends, you plant seeds, and stuff like that. The only differences I could think of is that Harvest Moon is not online and your character isn't very customizable.

For "Poem of Happiness", who knows? It's strange that nobody knows much about it since it is already released in Japan... I would have expected someone to import it and play it...

PoH = WORSE THAN AWL. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO THE GRAPHICS?! AH! The main character looks like a fricken teletubby! Honestly, though, if someone here really knew my past, they would know why this strange degration in the HM series saddens me to no end. HM64, and BTN were the two best games ever created.

I'm playing Back To Nature on and off between other games. Robust gaming schedule, and all that.
