Gray Hair

Postby Alice » Wed Jun 08, 2005 12:19 pm

I'm 24 years old. I look younger.

Why do I have gray hairs???

I have at least a dozen.

It's weird.

Heredity... That could be a good thing.

I was afraid it was because...

I used to like Hiei. I mean, *A LOT.*

I was afraid I was becoming like him because I used to like him so much. But frankly, I don't think a patch of white hair would look nearly as cool on me. :(

My friend who was 15 at the time had a gray hair. She just pulled it out, though.

I know a 30 year old whose hair is almost white. He doesn't seem to have a problem with it.

Actually, that might be exactly the reason. Your love of this character has changed your own genetics.

What! Kal's picking on me! (Said in best Momiji voice.)

Actually, I hope it's not like that.

I'll never have to worry about that for awhile. One I have short hair and my dad's forty-nine and he still is 99% brown hair.

Maybe if it's a streak of white hair or something similar, but not if they're random strands of white hair like what I have. :P

I found a couple random strands of hair that started at the roots as my natural color, but then went to blonde and then white. o_O It looked really weird so I just yanked them out.

Hmm...sometimes it's more noticeable on people with really dark hair. More easily spotted. For people with light hair, it might not be noticeable when those first gray hairs start creeping in. *refuses to go looking closely in the mirror at own hair*

Trust me, it sticks out. Looks like I did it on purpose, except you can't do single hairs on purpose.

Well, I don't have any gray or white hairs yet but if and when they do start to come in I don't think I will dye it unless it looks really patchy and blotted like mixed in with my true hair color. My bigget concern is not the hair loosing it's color but the they way it goes.
