What's the deal with clothing makers?

Talk about anything in here.

picking pockets isn't worth much XP to begin with - people do it for GP. You have to do more challenging things if you expect to level up. :)

Although I believe that it's unhealthy for guys to buy overpriced clothing myself, don't you think that that was a little low? :eh:

Back on topic, I think that one of the main reasons that guys shirts are noticeably less expensive, is because we generally will buy the cheapest shirt available that still looks fairly nice. Therefore if the shirt isn't a good bargain, then they won't be able to sell it, driving the prices downward, in competition for the best bargain.
That's my theory on it anyway.

I bought two pairs of cargo jeans at Wal Mart which are suppost be the size I wear. Well they fit at the store but after I wore one of them and it was washed it looked like I lost weight. I have to wear a belt everytime I put them on or they will fall down around my knees.
I haven't put on the other pair because I just wash the other pair and wear them.
I do like them because they are not tight and I like to be comfortable.
I have a problem with clothing being too tight and uncomfortable.
My uniforms for work I had to ask for pants bigger than I wear so they wouldn't be tight. I have to wear suspenders to keep them up with my belt.

I met a girl the other day who spent $70 on a pair of sunglasses. I'm like, WHY!??!???
But she didnt give me an explaination. This person obviously has more cash than she knows what to do with (she throws away cell phones when they run outta minutes)

No, it just surprised me that you were talking about it when we were getting one the next day.

She's wanted one for ages, but they cost more.

That is weird about 70 dollar sunglasses. I don't understand stuff like that myself.

I mean really when it comes down to it guys wear long and short sleeve t-shirts, pants, jeans, shorts, polo shirts, button up shirts, and maybe a hat and some sunglasses. That's really about as much as a guy will wear. Girls will wear what all of those plus skirts, jewelry, purse, and don't even start with the shoes...and so on. Women will just buy more clothes period but they have more "clothing seasons." I mean when you girls have to change your closests around every year to make room for summer and winter stuff sheesh.:P

I buy mine at the dollar store 'cause they usually get broken soon anyway. ;;>_>

I was browsing the clothes at the store where I work the other day, looking for a nice pair of shorts.

They don't have anything that goes near the knee unless it's an unflattering shape for me...

I'm just gonna find a pair or two of guys shorts and buy those. I see other girls here wear them so I figure I'm ok. I've wanted comfortable (not tight) cargo type pants for a long time too, so I may venture into the men's section for that as well.

Do girls wear guy swim shorts with tankini tops too? Or over one piece swimsuits? Just wondering.

I love the fabric on guys swim shorts. (So bright! So cheerful!) I thought, it would be fun to wear them just as shorts. But they are too long for me. :( So I'll probably never find out. I've never seen any girls wearing them around here, nor do I generally see girls wear anything but shockingly revealing swimsuits. I mean, for beachwear.
