"Stereo: The Evolution of Hiprocksoul" by 4th Avenue Jones. Great CD! Ahmad Jones is a great rapper, and his band has a whole lot of talent. His wife has a really great voice too. They blend hiphop with rock, and some soul. (if you hadn't guessed by the title) Check 'em out at http://www.purevolume.com/4thavenuejones

Yep, it rocks.

Umm... I don't wanna make this a useless post, so I'll list some other CD's I got recently. Actually, my mom got them for me.

Ghoti Hook - "Sumo Surprise" Awesome punk CD! This is what punk's all about. Very fast-paced. Lots of funny lyrics, but also some serious songs. Very addictive. ($9 at christianbook.com)

PAX217 - "Engage" I was a little disappointed with it at first, but with a second listen it started growing on me. Some of the rap feels a little weak, but overall it's a pretty good punk/raggae/hiphop CD. (only $4, too!)

Sixpence None the Richer (self-titled) I don't listen to it all the time, but it is pretty good. My friends may think I'm uhh... wierd... but it's not a bad listen. (and it was $0.99!)

My Little Dog China - "Game Face" Okay, so I had never heard of this band before, but it was $0.49 and it sounded pretty cool so I got it. And it's been worth a couple good listens so far. I'm sure I'll listen to it again before too long as well. It's kinda light pop/rock. A little soft for my everyday tastes but still enjoyable. (like Sixpence)

So they all get my thumbs up. And you can't beat the prices. :thumb:

Wolf's Rain OST Volume One - Actually, I got it for my mom for Mother's Day, but she just wanted to rip "Gravity". -_-;; So, I got it. Awesome stuff. "Leaving on Red Hill" is so pretty.

"Smile" by L'arc~en~ciel - Not as good as I thought it would be, unfortunately. Not horrible, though. I got it mostly for "Ready Steady GO" anyway.
Think happy thoughts.

Symphony In Peril is some seriously, seriously sick and brutal hardcore. Definitely check them out. Their first CD is absolutely rad, I still need to get their second CD, "The Whore's Trophy". Check them out though, if you want some good, Christian, brutal hardcore.

They sound absolutely nothing like Zao, except, their old lead singer was Shawn Jonas, who did sing for Zao. But they sound nothing like Zao.

The O.C. Supertones - "Supertones Strike Back"
Sanctus Real - "Fight the Tide"
Steven Curtis Chapman - "Speechless"

Is Demon Days good? How are the lyrics? And how does it compare to their self-titled album?
