My First Song

Postby anime4christ » Fri Apr 29, 2005 12:19 am

Hey, techno freaks! I made a dance song in fruity loops, it's the first one that actually sounds like a song. It's an instrumental. Check it out and tell me where I might need to change stuff around or something. Oh, and what dhould I name it? I need a good Christian title. Thanks.

Edit: use the below link

Edit:here's another temporary site for my music so that I don't run out of space and bandwidth on geocities:

Hmm... I tried to open the file first by clicking on the link and second by saving it and trying to open it in Winamp. A seemingly unrelated (?) website came up at first, and I couldn't get it to play for the second attempt.
:S .
Any suggestions? :P . I would really like to listen to the song! :)

Whoops - sorry, I hate it when I mix up verbs  . I'm looking forward to listening to it, then. It seems to be working this time and its morning so I'll be able to listen to it - though I'm on dialup so it'll take a wee while to download. :)

<<EDIT>>
I'm really enjoying it! It's very easy on the ear and I like the beat a lot. The melody is also very nice and crisp above it. The... I don't know what instrument it is, but it sounds 'distorted' in a good way is really nice at the end, too. Have you got any more songs? :thumb:

Beautiful is Your Creation - Detya Bozhye
I'm gonna eat all of my mom's bandwidth, jk
Detya Bozhye ( Детя Боже ) means God's Child in Russian ;)
BTW, that instrument at the end is really made up of a few instruments.

Are you experiencing any of these?
• Persistent feelings of sadness, irritability or anxiety
• Overreaction to irritations
• Loss of interest in activities previously enjoyed,
• Sleep too much, or sleep too little
• Unexpected loss or gain of weight
• Tiredness or restlessness
• Slowed movement, thought and/or speech

• Inability to concentrate and poor memory
• Loss of motivation
• Feelings of hopelessness
• Suicidal thoughts and/or behavior
• Withdrawal from relationships, anti-social behavior
• Physical aches and pains that seem to have no other cause

FL Studio 5 Producer Edition $149 (formerly known as Fruity Loops)
Probably the best program for making music, if anyone wants to make music, I would recommend FL Studio, even though it's a little hard to master it at first. Don't fall for eJay or stuff like that, eJay is mostly samples and anyone who has it will automatically recognize it and say, this person is way unprofessional. FL Studio is the way to go.

Hmm... a name for the first one.
I'll have a go at coming up with a few names for you to pick from.

Open Infinity (or just Infinity), Frozen Sky, Clear Waters. It just has that kind of blue, sparkling feeling, if that makes sense.
Yeah! I'm going to listen to your second song... once it loads :P . Excellent music: do you mind if I add it to my playlist?

No, I ran out of bandwidth on geocities, not on my cable. I get unlimited bandwidth for browsing. Dial-up has absolutely no advantages over cable. Download from geocities, cuz the ones you have and the ones on chudosok are overamped. I fixed them and uploaded to geocities. And geocities has restored my site. So get em while you can.

My third and fourth tracks are a little funky.
And did you re-download the first two from geocities?
Cuz the ones on chudosok were overamped.
