The Pink Panther movies rock! . I mean, are halarious. As for the cartoon, it was ok. I already explained my avatar on my bio thread in the Who's Who forum. I will abreviate what I said. My avatar is a pic of Ban Mido from Get Backers.

Not that my avatar is unusual, but I'll drop in to point out that it's a Sephiroth. And the eyes have been sloppily recolored.

This is an interesting thread, in that it's somewhat of a gallary for avatars.

Well, if you have a photo program you can crop like a picture or a screenshot you find on the internet back to 60 x 60 pixels or less (I THINK). Don't know if you need help with that or not but if you do, just ask.

Come to think of it, there are places that have avatars for download, too. You might try searching for those.

In regard to whoever asked about getting an avatar: actually, it's 90x90 pixels. Good guess, inkhana. Any good photo editor will display the pixels, even Paint does it.

Otherwise, go into your user cp (the link's near the top of the page). From there, select Edit Options. At the bottom of this list you have an opportunity to browse your drive for the picture file. If said picture is 90x90, it'll become your avatar.

I think I know where I got the 60 x 60 notion, there are places on the internet with avatars that size...knew I heard it somewhere... :dizzy: LOL

Postby WhiteÃ…ngel » Sun Jun 22, 2003 9:46 pm

Well... not sure what I said that made ya think I was female.. I'll take that as a compliment that I must have been sensitive when writing something. That's cool though. As far as the avatar ... thanks! I use photoshop, and premiere a lot and then use gif animator. I was always impressed by some of the other anime forums that had a pic with flowing hair, etc gif. I thought I had some good ideas and started making avatars out of the best parts of the anime I put into the pc. It's a lot of fun and not that time consuming. The hard part is getting the size to fit within the sites parameters... it's not the 90x90 that's hard.. it's getting the size small enough and the frames minimized to only the ones needed so that it fits the file size restrictions. ( which have gotten smaller, not bigger since that last time I brought it up!) *sigh*

anyway.. thanks

I think your current sig looks just fine.

Shatterheart, where'd you get that avatar? It was the first one I ever saw on CAA, and I still like it. Did you do that yourself, or just rip it from someplace else because he looked similar?

Don't stress too much about it, it's just a sig. I mainly just glance at everyone's, but I don't give them a whole lot of thought. You could switch back and forth if you wanted.
