You don't need to be sorry at all.

I couldn't do it without God. Isn't it awesome the way he helps us through our problems?!

While his emotions are still fluxuating a lot, but overall he seems to be a little better. He still hasn't been to church again, though.

I was so wrong! Today in math class, he was trying to cut his hand with a staple. I asked him what he was doing to his hand, but the teacher told us to stop talking. Right after class, I asked him again, and he just said, "don't worry about it."
I said, "it looked like you were cutting your hand with a staple." He seemed to get angry/annoyed.
"I said don't worry about it!"
"I think that I should be worrying. Cutting is bad!" He didn't say anything, and then we were separated by the crowd.

I don't know if he has been doing this for a while, or if he is just starting. I don't know what to do! :?:

He told me via email that he is struggling with destructive tendancies, but he thinks that he can overcome them... and that he does not need anyone to help.

Now he isn't planning on going on our youth group's summer mission trip. He is just getting further and further away and I don't feel like I know what to do.
