You have approximately 0.543394827 seconds before the legions of Final Fantasy fans here descend on you in righteous indignation at such a statement.

haha. Your title makes it sound like you are challenging people to ask you something about Final Fantasy you don't know. Wich, I'm assuming isn't your intent, seeing that you said"

Wow. I am so hardcore, I actually have Final Fantasy tattoos. Not Kidding.
However, I wouldn't refer to myself as "guru" of anything, except maybe sin...
"Dork", maybe... "I am the Final Fantasy Dork"... yeah, that sounds like me!

I'm not picking on Eska.... just adding nonessential rubbish to his genuinely auspicious posting in order to bump him up for those who might require his readily available assistance, and within the same gesture, validating my own sense of nerdliness.
No offense to him, quite to the contrary, bravo for his selfless offering.

Just curious, how do you like, play Final Fantasy? I couldn't get the mouse to work...
Take it like you gave it; what else matters in the end? To be honest, it's all a one-shot test; that leaves plenty of places to go wrong, but how will you ever know? There's a pointer, I will admit. Turn it on, listen to it, feel it burn.

I might be the Trigun Guru. Maybe. Or at least, I would be if I read manga translations.
As to Final Fantasy: why is it that, in FFVII, Cloud and the gang leave Barret's preschool daughter in charge of Seventh Heaven? I mean, seriously, when you go in there, she's all mixing drinks and clinking around behind the counter...
Think happy thoughts.

man, i've heard some weird stuff from some serious ff nerds, like that there's a way to breed chocobo's in ff7 where you can go underwater where the midgar zolom is and fight an other weapon there, which is supposed to give you some other special trinket or something like that (i dunno, it's never been proven to me, so i take it with a grain of salt)

here's my actual ff question, is ff11 enjoyable as a multiplayer rpg? i don't have it and i prolly won't get it 'cus i don't have a modem for my ps2, so i was just curious as to the opinions of my fellow alliance members, as well as the ffguru himself

XD; I'm not a big FF11 fan...I'm a speed demon when it comes to MMORPGs, and the character's attack speed is just TOO SLOW for a girl who's used to playing a RO assassin. I don't like th amount of time it takes you to get places and the fact that other players can see your stats. =/ But that's just me. *crawls back to the RO thread*

well, after i started the ff11 linkshell, we had some folks come on board, i hooked them up with world passes, and some were really down for it, but others kindof just bugged myself and some of the other CAAer's to buy them stuff since they had to start new characters.
after playing for a few months, meeting some groovy people, but eventually realizing that the lifestyle necessary to pursue such games full time really required more of my life than i was willing to give, i had to quit. the LS is still alive, somewhat, as far as i know.
considering my experience with mmorpgs was limited to that one game, perhaps i'm jaded, or at least my opinion is less than rounded, but overall, i enjoyed the experience, but would recommend playing on PC instead of PS...

Tell me what level your characters are and what items they have equipped and I will tell you the best strategy that I can with that information about your game.

There are keys on the keyboard that correspond with the equivalent on a controller.

Tell me which Final Fantasy that you have on the computer and I will try and help.

I am not sure why that would be, but it has been a while since I last played FFVII so I don't remember such a little detail as that.

My focus was on the gameplay and how to beat the games.

Well Yeshua-Knight I have the game and to me it is just plain awesome and the fact that it is an Multiplayer Online RPG means that it could be an endless Final Fantasy game. Also the fact that it has excellent graphics and a humongous land to explore is another plus.

As for the first part of your question- there is a weapon underwater that fives you an item. It is called Emerald weapon.

Fighting the Weapons is more of a sidequest to get the three(I think) "All" Materia. :thumb:

Okay.... how do I cross from the real world, through my TV screen, and enter the world of Gaea.....

More simplified: Just give me the location to the nearest time/space portal to Gaea.

*Honest Question*

FFVII: Does a final piece exist to complete the Midgar puzzle in Shinra Tower?

-kaji
Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.
- J. Hudson Taylor
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

actually, i already knew about the emerald and ruby weapons, as well as the ultimate weapon that flies around in the sky, i was talking about one that specifically lives in the watery area where the midgar zolom lives as well, the marshy area by that cave that's not far from the chocobo farm on the world map
