Prayer for a friend

I was hoping that someone could pray for my friend, Claire. She's been really sad lately, and I've tried really hard to cheer her up. The problem is, she never tells me or my other friends anything about what's making her feel this way (she said something once about feeling distant from God, but I'm sure there's something else, too). I don't want to make her uncomfortable by bugging her to tell me, but I just feel like a completely useless friend, watching her go on like this. I've been praying for a number of weeks, but she's still depressed. Please pray for her.
