Ive noticed something interesting, when a place is really amazing people say it must be seen to believed ... but the most amazing place ever must be believed to be seen.

Resident Evil rox! The only horror/ action better than it is Blade2 ! And dude, you're like the only other person apart from myself who likes the second Matrix film! Good on ya!

Godzilla (the newest one) was good aswell. I cant tell why people didn't like it!

I didn't absolutely hate Matrix 2... I want to see the third one. I waited like an hour in those stupid, I'm assuming repeating credits (it was too long to be a list of original names) to see the preview, and I want to see the actual movie, darn it... Too bad my local theater only showed it fora few days with only one or two showings a day...

I liked what I saw of "Kate & Leopold" and that was very unpopular from what I hear.

I guess the sci-fi people didn't want the romance, and the romance people didn't want the scifi... Or maybe it was something entirely different. I don't have a clue.

The Punisher (2004 version, not that terrible old 1989 insult), around my house, I and my sister are the only ones who loved it, my brother and dad thought it was mediocre, and my mom never saw it...

Others include: Shaun of the Dead

I not only like movies nobody else does, I like movies nobody has ever heard of. My favorite one that falls into this catagory is a movie called Krull. It is a sci-fi/fantasy flick.

I also like the old Around the World in 80 Days movie, and I've never met anybody else that enjoyed it.

Clint Eastwood's "White Hunter, Black Heart", a movie about a film-maker (played by Eastwood immitating John Huston) who arranges a movie in Africa only so that he could get to shoot an elephant on someone else's budget. As the movie progresses he becomes obsessed with finding the elephant. Slow paced and quite good.

The Adventures of Baron Munchausen. I'm having difficulty finding people who have even heard of it. Surely there are some here who know it.

Kung Pow: Legend of the Fist. Everyone else seems to think it's the dumbest movie ever, but I thought it was hilarious. No accounting for taste, I guess. :/

Star Wars 1-6 excluding Revenge of the Sith

That's funny since it hasn't even been released yet. I can't stand it when people pass judgement on stuff like that--I'm not saying you have to go see it to have an opinion on it, but you should at least wait til it comes out and seefrom someone who did watch it if what you heard was true.

Better Off Dead

Is that a movie bout a guy who gets dumped by his gf, and tries to commit suicide... he works at a (very very weird) hamburger place....

if so, I loved that movie! Of course, I saw it AGES ago, so I cant remember if it had anything bad in it (cept his repeated suicide attempts, which are hilarious actually *please dont hurt me! You have to see it to understand* )

That's not true, I liked the Hulk (*** of *****), and Punisher didn't do anything for me, but I didn't hate it. More like ** of *****.
BTW, wouldn't Catwoman also be on your list, Cross'?

Has the Chronicles of Riddick been mentioned? I know that barely anyone likes this, but I thought that the storyline and the special effects were pretty good. Also, like mentioned before, The Princess Bride, which is a classic IMHO. I got the special edition dvd for Christmas last year ^_^
