Dude, there is always a few ways to go about it. You could give him the charger but they may give the kid the impression that it's okay for him to walk all over you and take advantage of your nature. The thing about bullies is that if you act afraid or give them what they want all the time, they keep coming after ya. True.

When I was in middle school people would alway try doing that to me and tease me. Eventually it got to a point where I had to stand up for myself. Thus, I got in fights. Although I never lost, I regret fighting to a point. But it was the only way for them to leave me alone. I'm sure I could have talked it out, but they were the type that couldn't listen to reason. It's always easier to rationalize thing in the heat of the moment, then regret it or feel dumb for doing it.

Also, it's your stuff, what gives him the right to just take it? I will say, it's not worth dieing over, but you can't remain a victim all the time. Even if you get creamed, at least he knows he won't be able to scare you into giving your stuff up or accepting it.

I can't tell you exactly what to do, but you need to find a way to stand up for yourself. Either by talking, telling or whatever. But I dont' think it's the smartest thing to just give him your stuff. All you would be doing is rewarding his actions with more of your stuff. I know you mean well, but personally I think that's not the greatest idea. Also, by no means I'm trying to advocate fighting, but you need to do something. Just my thought.
