You guys, today my school recieved the shocking news that one of our seniors, a girl named Whitney, died last night in a car accident. I didn't know her personally but many of my friends did. I must say, I've never seen a school so shocked like I did today. Big tough guys just in tears...girls breaking down in perpetual mourning....it's affected ALL of us. From what I hear she was very kind and swet and lovely to all who met her and is GREATLY missed. PLEASE PLEASE pray for her family, friends, and for this school. And for myself as I will be writing a poem in her memory for the memorial service and need God's guidence....it just makes you realize how fragile life really is...in the words of my English teacher, tell those you love, you love 'em cause tomorrow may never come. It could be you or them next. So make today worth it. Thank you all so much for your prayers and support and happy St. Patty's day.
Your servant in Christ,
Angel

I'll be praying. My condolences to all of you.

The choice has been made. There's no looking back. I won't let up, back up, give up, or shut up. My focus clear. My path is straight. My God, reliable. I'm a disciple of Christ.

Gods plan is like the sun. its too big and bright to look at directly, and sometimes the rain clouds cover it, but sometimes the plan dapples through the clouds and we can see beautiful glimpses of what he has in store for us.

Sorry to hear about the loss. Yes, you are right Angel37, it makes one think about how short and fragile life can be - it's a very precious thing. I'll pray for everyone who feel's the pain of loss.

That's so unfortunate. I'll pray for her friends and family.

o wow. this is terrible. its so weird too, one of my sisters friends (my cousins best friend) died two days ago in a car crash. his name was frankie. the entire school is mourning over him as well. in the middle of the school assembly they had in his honour, they decided to have a moment of silence. but it was too much for one of his closer friends and he broke down crying during the moment of silence and started shouting and asking where frankie was. instantly the whole school was completeley heart broken and everyone began to cry. its so horrible that these things keep on happening. you just want to cry, even if you didnt even know the person. im deffiantely praying for her family, your school and you. God is going to give you some very moving and heart-felt words that will give hope to allot of people. im very proud of you that your writing this poem. stay strong for God, live for him and be blessed. God bless you,
sonichiro
