Thanks for updating us again, Spirit_Wolf, and I often think about your family's situation when I see your posts around the forums. I'll continue to pray for your family.

Hey Spirit_Wolf. I know it's been tough. You and your family and sister are still on my prayer list. *HUG* I know it's so hard for you. I'm so thankful to see you seeking the Lord in your life. ^____^

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

Hang in there, girl. I wish I could be of greater support, but I'll do what I can. If you need something, or just need a shoulder to cry on or yell at, let me know if I can be of service to you.

My sister has been enrolled in a hospital program that's supposed to help make things better. I don't know much other than she's going there instead of school for now and she's on some type of medication.

And thank you, everyone, for your prayers. *hugs*

Hey, guys...

My sister is being put on medication for bipolar disorder.

That's not the problem...well, the major one right now...

The major one is my dad. He's threatening to leave my mom again. It's getting more and more frequent. He said that if my sister has any side affects to the medicine, he's leaving her and never talking to her again.

I can't stand hearing this anymore. I'm trying to be faithful and trusting, but...I can't help but feel like I'm failing...

I know what it feels like to try to trust in God and feel like you fall flat on your face. Hang in there! God will never leave you or forsake you.

Stay strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that when the day of evil comes, you will be able to make your stand. We are praying for you, Spirit_Wolf!

You can't make decisions for your father; he is free to make mistakes. Don't take responsibility for his shortcomings.

Father,
Give Spirit Wolf the strength to face her family. Father, guide her, show her Your way, the way to be a Godly sister and daughter. Give her courage to face the troubles at home and not loose heart, but remain dependent on You. Father, if it is Your will, touch her father and show Him Your ways that he may respond and start to heal the family's wounds. Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. I know Your plan is working in Spirit Wolf's family. Please reveal it to her and give her peace.
Amen

Things went crazy again tonight...

I tried to hit my sister again because of it.

Daddy's gone...don't know if or when he'll be back.

Despite all this, I'm feeling pretty ok. Don't know if that's a good thing or not. I talked to my friend for about an hour, and he helped me quite a bit by just listening and praying for me.

Sorry again for dragging it back up.

You don't need to be sorry at all!

We will be praying.

I'm still praying for your family, SW. Don't worry about updating us: someday we'll have something to praise about regarding this situation, as long as we keep praying! :thumb:

Well, dad came back the next day. (Sorry it took so long to get back...been a little busy ^_^;;; )

Things have gotten a bit better between my parents.

My mom and my sister are going to talk to my sister's therapist tomorrow and see what to do about her medication. My sister hates taking it, and wants to get off it, but we'll see, I guess.

Thanks for your prayers. ^_^

I can't believe I didn't notice this before...
It seems you're going through some very tough times right now, but hang in there, every happens according to God's plan, and I'm sure He'll take care of you and everything will fall into place eventually.

I will pray for you, and hope that your family will be able to be more patient with eachother, and your sister will come to understand the love and sacrifice that your parents gave her. ^__^ Hang in there, God bless.

*holds your hands* Lord please help Spirit_Wolf's younger sister to do your will and not see a boy against her parent's wishes. Lord also please help Spirit_Wolf to heal from such a problem and let the family come closer together. Amen.

P.S. My best wishes to you, my fellow wolf
