6. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
5. Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete
4. Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga
3. Final Fantasy X
2. Chrono Trigger
1. Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Someone mentioned the tactical RPGs. Since I consider them more as strategy games, I'll list my favorites of them separately.
