My friend Chad

Postby Mr. SmartyPants » Sat Feb 19, 2005 8:16 am

i took my friend chad to church yesterday. It seems he got nothing out of it. He denied everything the pastor speaking said. Chad's a stern atheist and believes in stuff like evolution and stuff. He makes me sour to the point i want to say "well then you can go to hell then realize there was a God". But I quickly say "no, thats now what I should be thinking right now"

so please continue praying for Chad. And pray for me to beable to continue witnessing to him

 I'm so proud of you for perservereing and keeping your cool, Smartypants. ^^ I'll pray for your friend - I'm sorry to hear he got nothing out of the church service, but keep being a friend to him and witnessing. :thumb: Go you!

Good job on being patient and willing to continue witnessing to your friend. If he at least went to church, then that's a huge step, if you think about it. He might not be too far away from salvation after all. I'll pray!

This is true, When I met my fiancé he said he didn’t believe in god. But now he goes to church with me and he helps me say a prayer before meals. I have caught him saying things like “If God wants that for us, it will be.â€
