pending results

i've been having a bout of horrible nightmares coupled with insomnia lately, which is finally ending, thank God.

however, i thought it needed looking into and i went to the doctor tuesday, and had some blood drawn. i'm going back later today to discuss the results, and see if there is some underlying problem that has been causing my insomnia.

since the bouts occur at least once or twice a year and have for the past few years, i thought i would get the testing over with now, and see if anything can be done about it, instead of waiting until i have another bout.

prayers that this is nothing serious, and/or that something can be done about it, would be very much appreciated. thanks.

i will update either tonight or tomorrow morning (the appointment is at 4;15 today) about the results.

thanks for your prayers guys. the good news is that nothing was even remotely wrong with me on my blood test. everything was between the min and max. now i get to wonder what is causing the insomnia...

It's nice to hear that your blood drawings showed nothing out of the ordinary. I hope you find what is causing your insomnia... Perhaps it's not physical but rather psychologicaly. I've read a few articles in the past that stated anxiety, stress or even depression can also cause insomnia. Kind of random but you never know... Also I remember when I first started to take medicine for my thyroid I had insomnia for the first week or so. There are so many things that can cause insomnia. Anyways, I'll keep you in my prayers. I hope you find the anwsers you are looking for soon.

i'm really hoping it's not psychological, ^^ , but there is a chance since i have sufferred from depression on and off for the past few years. >.<
