Watching my life fall apart...

Postby The Last Bard » Sat Jan 22, 2005 7:22 pm

Yeah, I guess you could say I'm not doin' all that good right now -well, for a while now really.
I messed up about two years ago, messed up pretty bad :bang: and now I'm suffering. I had my chance to make things right! To stop and turn around before it went to far.
Now here I am, falling.
Ha, I need to REALLY turn my life around soon or it is going to really be too late.
He tricked me into thinking that all while everything was going on I was just going fine with on my path with God.
You can't do that. I grew farther and farther away!
:( People say they know what I've been through and stuff, but...It's diff. for every person.
I need prayer, and someone to talk to.

Thank you guys so very much, and God bless!
Aaron

There is no point in gruding over what happened in the past. It will only bring you down. I will pray for ya. Remember, God forgives, and he forgets. Since you have accepted that you need to turn your life around, now is the perfect time to do it. ^_^

Ill pray for ya buddy

I will pray for you. When I messed up, I pretended it didn't happen for nearly nine years until the memory and spiritual conflict drove me to attempted suicide. Whatever you did, give it over the to Christ, He was nailed to a cross so you could do so. When I was finally ready to talk, I went to a Christian counselor. I would recommend that.

I'll pray.

There is hope for you, Aaron. God is near when you need His the most. We all mess up pretty bad (in different ways as you indicated) but God is not interested in our past, but rather our present. It doesn't matter what you've done, let all that go. It's time to move forward to God and walk with Him. I'll be praying that you will find assurance of love and confidence in Jesus.

We all do indeed mess up, and each of our mistakes are unique. Just remember that you not only need to accept God's forgiveness, but you also need to forgive yourself. Sometimes forgiving yourself can be the most difficult thing in the world, but once you do it, you will feel a wonderful, blessed relief.

I'll pray.

I'll try and keep you in my prayers...Just remember that God loves you and will forgive you. Moses was a coward and murderer. Paul hunted down christians for a living. God uses people the most when they are the weakest if they submit to him and let themselves be forgiven. And dude if you ever feel the need to talk you can PM me any time.

I am convinced that many men who preach the gospel and love the Lord are really misunderstood. People make a “profession,â€
