Searching for...

...a Christian online Role-Playing game (Like Runescape). Or more precisely my brother is. He loves the things, but our parents will likely only approve of a Christian one. So... anyone know any? And I hope this is in the right place...

Not really know of any Christian game...save from Veggie Tales. But maybe try surfing the internet. If I see or hear, I will tell ya.

It's really hard to say there could be a Christian MMORPG since story is very rarely something that holds much bearing in those games, and if there is any it's usually background material. If it's the use of magic that is their main concern, he could try explaining to them that it can't necessarily be associated with witchcraft and satanism because the world in which it's set is ficitional. Even he were to find a game that was relatively "tame" in that area, then there's the matter of people. You're guaranteed to run into people that are jerks, that cuss alot, or that are perverted. This sucks, but it's kinda "part of the package" when it comes to online games. I've been playing Final Fantasy XI for a year and a half now, and I'd have to say that people for the most part are really kinda and cool to work with (at least on my server). Dunno if any of this helps, but hey it might :-)

yes...if the parents don't like RPG's because of the "magic" then ask them if reading about Greek mythology is equally as evil since it has muliple gods, magic and what not. :P Tell them that RPG's are no different.
