No wonder this guy was banned. I mean, really. We can't have people mentioning Jesus around here.

Sorry, the fact that this is next to a banned member always tickles my funny bone. Not that I disagree with the decision. Most likely, this was what the person thought was an innocent post.

Hey, this is a good thread!

I found CAA um ... in Feb 2 years ago. I found the link at Hugglebunny too, Annette (woo!). That was pre-msn group. The layout was Ash's Heero and Relena valentines Day one. I remember emailing her, asking to join, and also if there was a place we could submit our art. I think it was something like two weeks afterwards that she told me that she was starting an msn group. I think Annette, Archan and Ash were the only ones there at the time ...

Actually for me it was vivisimo.com -- my favorite search engine! I always like it because I can get a new window and NOT lose my original search. :)
Animom
my favorite scripture:
"I don't want your sacrifices---I want your love; I don't want your offerings---I want you to know me." Hosea 6:6 (Living Bible)

The reason I love this is because it reminds me that
our God is a personal God. He wants a personal relationship with us.
Not duty prayer, but openness and true communication.

Here's an example of why this guy got banned, I think... http://www.christiananime.net/forums/showthread.php?p=23407#post23407

Of course, that may not be it, but I found that particularly offensive much the same way as people saying "All anime is porn." True that was against me so maybe I'm a little jaded, but he also said something similar to someone else too, so it's just something that needed to be dealt with... I'm in no way a mod, though (by the way, I didn't report him even though that post really threw me off)

Well, what he said to me wasn't as bad as the one "You're being led by satan" which is prolly what really got him banned! :red:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evcNPfZlrZs Watch this movie なう。 It's legal, free... And it's more than its premise. It's not saying Fast Food is good food. Just watch it.

I was searching on google for: "Christian Anime VB Message Board(s)" and I saw Christian Anime Alliance, and I thought, the name is awesome, I came here and registered. I am very thankful for that! I love it here!

I noticed some girl reading manga in class, and I started talking to her, because she's the first person I've seen that liked anime and manga....while we were talking, she mentioned this place, so I went and joined....so I'm here!

The terrifying moldy bread incident! In elementary school, Yomi's leftover bread started rotting inside her desk! you can't imagine what happened! Not only that, but the mold had a will of its own, it was terrible! Barricading ourselves in the science prep room, we used spirit lamps and engaged in combat! Then I realized it!! If we only had the bottle of mildew remover from the bathroom, we could destroy them!!

Some of you know about my run in with the Seiyausagi.net forum. The one that I was a huge member (1,380 posts) for 2 1/2 years of and they gave me a warning for saying, "Everybody needs to hear the Gospel". That was my second warning...one more and I'm gone. But a mix between that and wanting to see if Christian Anime existed, so I did what over half of the other people did in here.

Went to wonderful Google (Don't you love it?) and typed, "Christian Anime".

This place is a big prayer answered! Christians, Anime, friends! I sooo love it here!

I also "saw the light" when I typed Christian anime in google.

I was looking to see if there was such a thing and I found my way here! :thumb: This is the second forum I joined( the first being lonely anime, where i think i only made two post). I don't know much about my first forum because I spend most of my net time either here or looking fo good blender3d charactor modiling tutorials on google.

P.S. This is now one of my two favorite christian websites. The other one is http://www.answersingenesis.org. (I hope i spelled that right! )

I had seen it TONS on yahoo , google, ect, but I pretty much ignored it cause I didn't have enough time and I was involved with a lot of other message boards. Finally my sister joined and for the entire summer she bugged me, and then this entire fall she bugged me, and then finally I caved in! It's pretty cool here and I'm glad I came!
