Family in trouble financially

Postby crossalchemist » Fri Dec 24, 2004 2:23 pm

Hey guys,
I need some prayers for my family, we are going through a very hard time financially and could use some prayers. This has made my mom very depressed so prayers for her especially. I don't know exactly all that's going on but I do know that we've never been wealthy and that now things have gotten worse. I didn't know exactly how bad until recently when I was applying to colleges and needed to know my families annual income. It's bad, we are way below poverty level. Please prayers, thanks.

I will pray. I know how you feel man. I grew up in a family w/ little to no money. when I was about 5yrs old we were in poverty and had to seek food from a local church for food. Years after that, we did a little better but still lived close to poverty barely making ends meat.

I know how it feels to have little to nothing... No gifts under the tree except the ones sent from grandma, having only enough money just to buy Ramen noodles or hamburger helper. I've been there.

God has helped us through some hard times...Sometimes it's hard to believe any good can come from it, but I assure that God has more in store for you. What I have learned from these experiences is that material possessions don't define us -- it's our hearts. Because of it, I've become a stronger person. I know God will be there the help y'all through this ordeal. Keep praying and have faith. I will continue to pray for you and your family.

I'll pray for you, your mom, and your whole family.

I also pray that you can have a somewhat Merry Christmas anyway!
