Halo 2 Clan?

Cmon guys, I need to try the clan feature out to properly review this game. Would you like to join a clan if I made one?

If you are interested, post a gamertag and expect a friend invite from 'Kulpa' (that's me).

Sure, Halo 2 came with 2 months free of Live. I'll add in my name when it's active. Yet, I don't have a mic, so I'll be the quiet guy who shoots the enemy.

I would, but I have three problems:

1.No XBox
2.No Halo 2
3.Screwy internet connection in my dorm room.

IF it comes out for pc, hopefully if it does(which i do hope) gearbox will not have any hand in it (they suck)

its very different from halo1 id say, i got a chance to play the first level with my friend last night, and its awesome!!!!!!!!!

As of December last year Halo sold 500,000 copies on the PC. In another article I read, it stated that recently Microsoft confirmed sales passed the million sold mark. So that would be roughly $50,000,000 in Halo PC sales alone. It's gonna get ported...it's not a question of if it's a question of when.

Microsoft will milk Halo 2 for all it's worth on the Xbox and then we'll see a slightly enhanced version on the PC in a year to two years.

Thanks to some recent events, it looks like I will be able to play Halo 2 online by December 25th. By that time, all of the problems that I mentioned before will be solved:

1.No Xbox-I am hopefully getting one for Christmas. If I don't I will buy one.
2.No Halo 2-I will buy this early in December so that I can be playing it as soon as I get my Xbox.
3.Screwy internet connection in my dorm room-I finally figured out the problem. I left the software to configure my router at home, and I can get it when I come home for Thanksgiving break. This will allow me to be online with my computer and my PS2/Xbox at the same time.

Once I have everything set up, I would definitely be interested in joining a clan; and of course I'll keep everyone updated on my Xbox/Halo 2/Internet situation.

I should also point out that my only experience with the console version of Halo 1/2 (I have it for the PC, but aiming with a mouse is infinitely easier than using a joystick) is from the occasional all-night multiplayer sessions with friends who own Xboxes, so it might take me a while to become a decent player on my own. In the meantime, hopefully I can get some pointers from the veterans

playin the best and gettin beat is the most fun you can have.

i have all the problems you have CBwing but a slight twist, i have to choose between a guitar , Xbox , or a camcorder.

ill join up when i set up

wait 12 months free with net pack + 2 free with Halo 2 = 14 months of sweet gaming bliss?? sweet!

I have been playing Halo 2 just a little too much...to the point where I am getting no homework accomplished...bleh.

So whatever happened with the CAA clan ? If one were to be made, I would most certainly join.

I was planning on seeing how many members were interested, and then making a clan if enough interest was generated. Since there hasn't been a whole lotta feedback (specifically Gamertags, that you can PM me if privacy is a concern) I'll probably just join a larger clan of Christian gamers and then invite you guys. Sorry, but if we don't have a clan of at least 4, then it isn't much worth making one.

Right now, my gamer tag is NeoCustom.

But, starting in January, I will actually change that user name (I've been bombarded with spammers and my Madden NFL 2005 record is dismal). So when the time comes, I'll post that one.

Hey, I play pretty often... My tag's l3prador. I can't join a CAA clan because I'm already in a clan with my friends, but I'd love to play with you guys some time. Just send me a friend invite and tell me you're from CAA and I'll invite you if we start a custom game (which we do fairly often... there happen to be a lot of jerks on Xbox live that can be avoided that way
