Difficult Star Ocean question

Okay, Star Ocean fans, I've got a difficult question about an obscure character, and I need your help.

I tried to google for a list of voice actors for Star Ocean Till the End of Time and came up empty handed, so that's the only reason why I'm posting this.

My question concerns Richard Traydor, Maria's father. I noticed this the first time I saw the scene, and my brother just reached the same scene today. When Richard speaks, he sounds suspiciously like Johnny Young Bosch, who is known for providing the voices of Vash in Trigun and Kiba (I think) in Wolf's Rain.

Richard as of the moment has only a handful of spoken lines, and I find it difficult to believe they'd hire JYB for a few sentences. However, the voice actor for Katsuhiko Jinnai (from El-Hazard) did Norton, the actress for his sister Nanami did Clair, the voice actress for Sasami from Tenchi did Peppita (I'm pretty sure...), so it's not impossible to believe Square Enix could've hired JYB for Richard.

Can anyone verify this for me, or help me out in some way?

I'm not sure.
It would not be very surprising considering the number of experienced anime voice actors/actresses that lended their talents to this game like Wendee Lee, Mona Marshall, and Beau Billingslea.

I tried searching around and unfortunately couldn't find anything either but it is possible.

Richard Traydor wasn't listed, though, so I guess he is "additional voices," voiced by one of the other dudes. So I guess it wasn't JYB. Sure sounded like him, though.
