I'll be moving and..

Postby harina » Fri Dec 03, 2004 7:05 am

I'll be moving next year, maybe in January or February, to a town where i don't know anyone. I will also change the scool. For me it's very hard to make new friends, and i have actually _never_ had a proper christian friend.. So i would be thankful if someone could pray for me to get friends in the new place, especially christian. I'm already stressed about this thing.

I'll pray for you. Moving is tough.

But I wouldn't worry about whether your new friends are Christian or not. It's good to have friends who are different from you, because you can learn things from each other. Plus, many non-Christians have mistaken ideas of what Christians are like, so you could also be a good example to them.

That's quite true. Still, it's also nice to have a friend with whom you can grow at the same time. I hope the move goes well, harina, and that you find a friend in Christ there (as well as other friends :) ) too.

Yeah i don't worry so much about them being Christian or not. But i have always wanted to have a friend who has the same 'world view' that i have, so..
