This CD is very raw hardcore. It's awsome! Have you heard any of their stuff that they have online? If you liked it you should probably pick this up.

Love is that feeling you get when a girl looks at you and it feels like your driving a car at high speeds and experience a sudden drop. You know what i mean? That sudden sinking feeling you get in your stomach? Yeah, that's love. Leave's you speechless everytime.

Went to Circuit City a few nights ago and picked up 3 CDs: The Rolling Stones "Aftermath", Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention "Freak Out", Project 86 "Truthless Heroes". Somethin' old, somethin' new :)

Their talent is truly amazing. :Off Topic: By the way, how was the youngbloods tour? I was so mad that I didn't get the chance to go. It was such a good lineup.

I didn't get to go yet. I went ahead and bought The Chariot because I was having a hard time putting it off any longer. I'll be going next Sunday, and hopefully then I'll be the proud owner of a copy of Life, Kisses, and Other Wasted Efforts by Showbread. I'll let you know how it goes after I am killed by raw rock.

Check it out - http://www.nealmorse.com - it's really great progressive rock album, even better that "Testimony" that was released last year. both are Highly recomended, and both score really good on rewievs!

Spoony, is Funeral of God any good? I'm not too concerned about the lyrics, since it seems like it's supposed to be satirical. I was just wondering about that.

And, as for me

I'm listening to it again right now, in fact. Yes, it's great. It's a concept album - What if God got so sick of humanity's crap that He just gave up and turned His back on us? How would it happen and what would it be like? That's the idea behind it.

What an interesting idea. I didn't think ZAO had suddenly turned their back on Christianity or something like so many other people had. Especially since I saw them at Cornerstone(a CHRISTIAN festival) this year talking about the album. That's cool.

I asked Funeral of God for Christmas....I love some of the songs on it. I also asked for The Agony Scene's new c.d., The Chariot " Everything is Alive, Everything is Breathing, Nothing is Dead, and Nothing is Bleeding", Norma Jeans
"Bless The Martyr and Kiss The Child" and UnderOath's "Changing the Times".

The last 3 CDs I got were in one batch all of the same flavour:

Relient K - Mmhmm
Relient K - Deck the Halls, Bruise Your Hand
Relient K - Two Lefts Don't Make a Right... But Three Do

The latter came as a bonus with Deck the Halls - I already had it but it makes a swell Christmas gift. Yep, all three of these gems were awaiting me on the day Mmhmm came out in early November. I managed to hold myself back from spinnin' Deck the Halls until Dec 1st. Ahh, nothing like some punk remixes of classic Christmas songs to bring in the season...

I just bought the Two Lefts Don't Make A Right/Deck The Halls Bruise Your Hand two-pack a couple of weeks ago and I must, Angels We Have Heard On High is quite rad. Actually, most of the songs on both of those CDs are rad.
