Hey there all u anime addicts. Have u ever put yourself in your favorite anime shows? I know it might sound wierd, but it's fun. I guess u can say it's kinda like role-play. Share with me your ideas. For example my character I created for Inuyasha is name Kiharu. Alright, your turn

Yes, I have become a SI (self-inserted) character in the Sailor Moon universe. Betcha can't guess my character's name.

In fact, I once almost wrote a fanfiction concerning my character. I say "almost" because I have lost my writing gift and never was able to finish it.

My character in city of heroes is a fire-breathing, rasengan using ninja named Uchiha Kuri, if that counts.

See, I knew u all had it in u. Hmm, Kae a Sailor Scout of Love and Justice. Huh, I wonder. I bet u're Darian's twin brother driven to take Sereena away from him. I did make up a Sailor Scout myself, but it was already taken. Sailor Star. Who knew there was really one by that name. I wonder it Sailor Sun or Sailor Heart is also taken (thinking thinkin thinkin).

Actually...

My character's name was Kaemmerite. He was a servant of the Dark Kingdom, but he broke free of their influence and decided to fight against him. Thus, he has the same powers as Beryl and the Four Generals (dark energy bolts, environmental control, flight, etc.). Oh, except teleportation. He can't do that one.

And I DID make up a Sailor Senshi character, her name was Sailor Narqhuist. Her element of influence was magnetism. Since all the other elements were more or less taken...

So no, I WASN'T a warrior of love and justice. In fact, Kaemmerite was very cynical and violent. Had he been in the Sailormoon S story arc, I'm sure he would have been on the outer senshi's side rather than Usagi's. He would have their "who cares who dies as long as we can save the world" mindset.

Aww, to bad u had to be on tha bad side. My gurl would be tha lost Senshi. Her name would be Releena. I like that name. She would be Darian's long lost baby sister. Don't ask. I have a thing for reunions. Like my Inuyasha character Kiharu. She's Kagome's long lost older sister (1yr. older) that somehow fell down tha well into tha feudal era when she was only an infant. Hehehe, yeah I'm pretty imaginative. Ok, back to my Sailor gurl. She would have blue hair blue eyes like YanYan on Fushigi Yugi. Her outfit would match her hair. That's all for now. I get really into Pocket Monsters. Satoshi is probably my biggest fictional role model. I love to imagine myself as a trainer in the Pokemon world. Whether I'm playing my Pokemon games, watching the anime, or even doing something not having to do with Pokemon, I tend to love drifting into my Pokemon fantasy land. I also get into Ai Yori Aoshi. I like to picture myself as Kaoru and Aoi-chan therefore being my future wife. ^^

I do that with a lot of movies I watch, but not as a main character, more as a tag-along. If the movie is REALLY good I don't bother - it carries itself then.

I took this idea to the max. I went and created a whole universe by combining a whole bunch of anime and movies. I even created a whole race.
My character is based sort of on Kenshin from Samurai X. I liked the name so much I used it.
Every time I watch an anime or a movie I usually end up rewriting it with my characters.
I like going into my backyard and writing stories with my characters. Weird isn't it.
I can never write them down though. They never come out the way I want them to.

I can imagine myself as Eikichi Onizuka from GTO series (Great Teacher Onizuka). Well for the most part. A teacher who actually cares for his students.

Also, I can see myself as Ippo from Fighting Spirit (AKA Hajime no Ippo). He shows that heart and dedication goes a long way.

GTO!!!!! gotta love Urumi Kanzaki! Alot of times I'll picture myself as a Ranma 1/2 character when I'm doing stuff. It often leads to bad endings in my played out scenarios...

I also see myself in Kenshin's word. My name is Keori. She's Kenshin's long lost lil sister, so she looks just like him. Except for her hair due, and tha female thang Hehehe, I told u I have a thing for long lost family members. U'll probably thinking how do I keep track wit all my differant names. I manage. N-e way, she falls in love with Sanosuske. I do feel sorry for Ms.Meguim tho. I'm taking her man

I think my idea of being a character in a anime or movie makes me think of the theme music from "Walker: Texas Ranger" In the eyes of the Ranger, the unsuspecting stranger had better know the ways of wrong from right, Because when the eyes of the Ranger are upond you, any wrong he is going to see. When you are in Texas look behind you. Because that is where the Ranger is going to be.
Just change a few words and you could have a character's theme music.

I should really start cutting my roleplays short, though...I'm not getting enough sleep.

I've done worse than that. I've made a movie of myself dressed up like Kenshin (and yes, I do look like him) and I was reenacting the manga. It was funny.

I have been doing this forever, whether it be with books, movies, or anime.
Back sevral years ago I had a pokemon center in my side yard and pokeballs on my belt (imaginary ones of course)... ah memories

last year I was putting myself into the world of The Wheel of Time, as a Gilbert and Sullivan singing gleeman, entertaining the masses and thwarting the plans of the dragon reborn at the same time, Haha ha-HA (that laugh was meant to be evil!)

More recently I have been piloting a warship in the skys of last exile.

I am always myself in these things.

Ahhh yes, only a year ago me and a friend would write extensive roleplay stuff that might have started at Pokemon, but woould travel into Gundam, Zelda Games, Yu Yu Hakusho and ended up in Final Fantasy. *sigh* Unfortunately, he got tired of it, and it's all gone *sigh*

Yeah, I'm basically a tag-along too. In some animes I'm just an ordinary human being, in others I have special abilities. Ooh! I have my own megadeus when I pretend I'm a character in Big O Except, it's the size of a car --But it can jump!...that's cool right? ...
