The Dilemma of Ten Thousand Lifetimes

Postby Nightshade X » Mon Nov 08, 2004 12:25 am

Hi, all you lovely people out there. I need some guidance. I am stuck in an incredible dilemma. I can't give many details away, except for the fact that it involves two people and myself. The only person who will know the full extent of my dilemma is c.t.,girl simply because I know I can trust her. If you want to know, feel free to PM me and I'll give you the information you seek if I feel that you can help me. Please know that I really need a lot of prayer and direction on this. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and I have a history of making some really bad decisions. I don't want to keep that tradition going, especially in this situation, which is the reason why I'm asking for prayer so urgently. So... will you support me in my search for a clear answer?

Though I don't know what the situation is I will be sure to put a prayer in for you. I hope God will be able to guide you to make what decisions is right. I also know what it's like to make bad decisions or mistakes, it's a trend that follows me as well. Good luck man.

"The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things... hey... the good things don't always soften the bad things; but vice-versa the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things and make them unimportant." -11th Doctor

"The advice I like to give young artists, or really anybody who’ll listen to me, is not to wait around for inspiration. Inspiration is for amateurs; the rest of us just show up and get to work. If you wait around for the clouds to part and a bolt of lightning to strike you in the brain, you are not going to make an awful lot of work. All the best ideas come out of the process; they come out of the work itself. Things occur to you. If you’re sitting around trying to dream up a great art idea, you can sit there a long time before anything happens. But if you just get to work, something will occur to you and something else will occur to you and something else that you reject will push you in another direction. Inspiration is absolutely unnecessary and somehow deceptive. You feel like you need this great idea before you can get down to work, and I find that’s almost never the case." - Chuck Close
