日本のthread (for those that speak japanese<even a little>)

Yet again i find myself posting at 4AM. oh well. okies, so here's rules to try to follow:

1. please try to write atleast one sentence in japanese for each english sentence you write
2. asking someone whatthey said does not count as one of these sentences.
3. you do not have to type in 日本語のｷｬｸﾀ　(japanese characters) unless you want to. romanji is perfectly acceptable.　(Try to use as little kanji as possible.
4. 悪いことばはだめだよ！！！！　　Profanity or insults that obviously not a joke will NOT be acceptable. if i catch you doing it i will report you since i cannot guarantee that the moderators all speak 日本語　(japanese)
5. try to answer my question in your first line so those of us that can speak japanese will know approximately how much you know.
6. たのしくならなくちゃいけません！！！　　Have fun!!!

Can someone teach me how to write what i just wrote in japanese characters? How do you write in Japanese characters with an english keyboard anyway? I dont know how well ive actually spelled the romanji either. So how well did i do?

Is it me, or is there a typo in the title of this thread? Not that I would know...

If you think he was trying to say "nihongo" then yes. If the "no" is referring to the fact that it's a possesive, then sometimes.

edit: This was confusing, let me restate:
This is the "japanese thread" in the since that toyota is a "japanese car." it's not "japanese" in the since of language though. The problem here stems from the fact that americans don't care about the disassociation of the phrase. But it's mostly aribitrary, actually.


But I digress... So that you all know, we had a question about a thread of this kind a while back, and the staff did not know enough japanese to allow it. Now that some of us do, I'm not sure we'll can it just yet. I'll let it go for now, but we may end up locking it in the near future.
