Oasis

Kinda suprised that they havn't been mentioned until now.
Anyone enjoy their music? (Not their antics, they are a crazy bunch of Brits sometimes)
The best album I reckon is "Standing on the shoulders of Giants" and "Whats the story(moring glory)" as second best in my pov.

Songs that rock (ill only mention a few cause there are alot)

Wonderwall
Songbird
She is Love
Cast no Shadow
Morning Glory
Champagne Supernova
F---ing in the Bushes (you don't hear the lyrics at all)
and Little james and many more.

Pumpkorn, you like these guys??

I always hated them. They said drummers suck.

Oasis is pretty cool. we have What's the Story (Morning Glory) around the house, but I haven't listened to the whole thing yet. I liked the singles from it though, like Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova.

I remember when Wonderwall came out in 1996 (year 7 for me) and I really enjoyed it. I've heard some of their other stuff too. Its good. I'm more of a P.O.D fan though.

Ah yes, Wonderwall, great song. Just recently learned it on guitar.

I never did like them. They never appealed to me. Their lyrics were all about dinking and getting high. The music was not at all challenging to play. The band also said once drummers were useless. I hate them most for them saying that.

I actually like Oasis and really didn't start appreciating them until recently. Morning Glory is a cool album and I know how to play Wonderwall on accoustic. Songbird is my favorite song from them.

I just never wondered why NME and other magazines hailed them as the next Beatles.

I like Oasis okay. "Wonderwall" and "Champagne Supernova" are cool, but I like the unfortunately titled "The Hindu Times" best.
