Well you can always make another account when you finally get it downloaded and just use that one. I know of a few people who are no longer paying but make free accounts every once in a while to see how their friends are doing. Although of course you can't move characters from account to account so you have to start over in that sense.

That actually could be debateable. XD I'm logged on a lot, but I have a bad habit of leaving my Bard sitting outside Toy Factory with an "AFK" chat room up.

Ah well my merchant is logged in a lot (like all day). But I don't even check to see if someone tried to pm me usually. XD She just... sits there selling stuff and making me richer.

Yup free servers are quite illegal. :shady:

And besides, once you spend tons of time making friends and getting items on iRO it's more fun then a private server since there is more people to talk to and party with.

Oh yeah Sakray gets that new place tonight along with the wedding system and the super novice class. I'll have to let all of you know how that goes.

i have been so out of it with class and Fable i didn't even know.
yet i did buy a wedding dress and tuxedo in the past for this... now there prices should shoot up. =D zeny for me. is the new place Kunlan or something?

You actually get special skills. :lol:

You can choose to donate some of your HP/SP to your husband or wife, and you can summon them to you (basically free warping) unless you're in a PVP room or in WoE.

XD And I guess I'm kind of curious to see how the marriage system works in the game.

Ehhh... sort of useless skills, or at least not ones I would use alot (although the free warping would be cool).

I think the King marries you. Or at least I know he attends. I think you can get divorced too, but I don't remember what I read about that. :lol:

I got to attend the wedding of two of Saints friends tonight. It was pretty anti climatic, mostly because a stupid knight was sitting right in the way. And it is the King that marries you, he announce to the room as the vows are said, etc. Then you get the tux/dress for one hour, although the bride walks really slow in the dress.

I raced her with my merchant using her cart (and my merchant has no cart upgrades so she is super slow) and I beat her. :lol:

That made my day :lol:

No there's tons of supernovices everywhere too. :eyebrow:

A supernovice is a novice who reached base level 45, then went and took the test in Aldebaran to become a super novice.

Super novices can use ANY of the first classes skills, and also have a special command that allows them to summon a guardian angel when their experience reaches a multiple of 10 (i.e., 10%, 20%, etc.). They have 70 job levels, a different sprite from the run of the mill Novice, and cannot change to a 2nd class. I might make one once I've gotten my Bard into the Sodelitas Wasa guild on the Loki server (working my way to level 70. @_@;)

Looks like Super Novice can't use DS or Two-Hand Mastery. Nor bows or 2-hand swords. i want one as well. @_@ it just seems too fun. A Super Novice runing around with firebold, firewall, blessing and heal. Or double attacks, sword mastery and vending... yet anyone know what you get if you make it to job lvl 70 and never die?
*oh and wedding ring skills are interesting. you will have your 'mate' on a leash. the warp they have WILL warp them to you. they do not have a choice. (i would think if they didn't have the ring equiped it wouldn't work, yet it still worked last night... maybe a bug they will have to get out).

I believe you get a permanant guardian angel and +10 in every stat if you make it to 70 with no death. XD Good luck doing that.

Some Super Novices were discussing that outside of Prontera last night. Most of them were saying that's just a rumor. Plus it would be really hard (and expensive with all the pots you'd need) not to die.

We should really post pictures of our characters! I'll go first!

Lol yeah I have a feeling that sound will annoy me a lot after awhile. :sweat:

Oh and you didn't say: what's your swordie going to be? Also, I am curious, can Bards do WOE? I mean... what would they do exactly? :eyebrow:

Oh and I forgot to talk about it last time, but last night I went with some people to Kunlun. The dungeon is AWESOME! We had so much fun!

I would say it would be impossible withought a priest/monk who knew Pneuma though. There are two very aggressive enemies that fire stuff at you and wow does it hurt if you aren't protected by pneuma. :wow!:

The dungeon has 3 levels the 3rd level has the snake god (or something like that) and he's an MVP. He also killed us with one swipe. :eh:

Level 3 also has these annoying Nymph things (we called them hardcore Sohees :lol:

).

Level 2 was our favorite, there are mobs everywhere and they respawn like crazy all over the place. The stuff isn't extremely strong but when you kill that many you get lots of exp.

And the drops are pretty good too, at last my Wizzard isn't broke anymore!

And I got to see my first baby lepord. They are sooooo cute! I want one as a pet! :waah!:

Oh yeah, I knew I was forgetting something! My swordie's going agi knight (no Peco - he'll use 2 handed swords. Insane aspd. >D), but I'm probably gonna end up remaking him, since I screwed his stats up pretty badly. >> He attacks like a snail (how that happened, I don't know. o_o; ) and misses like a drunk bum.

And yes, Bards can WoE very nicely. I'm actually building mine so I can both attack and defend castles. For defence, I have Magical Strings so the wizards can storm gust the castle entrance quickly, and Unbarring Octave to freeze anyone that gets through the SG precast. For offence, I've got Impressive Riff to increase the aspd of the sins who break the emperiums, and my brother and I can ensemble Down Tempo (defence to 0) and Classical Pluck (disables use of skills).

Wow your bard does sound pretty uber.

I take it your brother had a dancer then? :lol:

I considered getting the rogue strip skills simply since it would be cool to run around stripping everyone in woe or pvp. But I don't think I will have enough points left. :sweat:
