Client Version. it lets you manipulate the upload rate (so you don't get annoyingly low DL speeds with a cable or DSL modem).

I use Bit Tornado, but is it like...gone now? their website gives a somewhat amusing 404 page, and the program doesn't seem to be available for download ANYWHERE.

(I really hope this post goes through this time...!!)
