Could you all pray that I have all that I need for school including disks with text books that might have been removed and set somewhere, and maybe my ability to keep track of little things, organizaton and all. Not my strength. Thanks.
Oh, I have this little problem with never remembering where I parked at school. Thanks.

*grins* Can-do!

Suggestion: Set out a basket/chair/something near your bedroom door where you place everything for school no matter what. (It's what I do to my lovie with his wallet and keys so he doesn't lose them. It works - when he remembers. ^^;; )

Yup, that's what I do. I also do things like sticking envelopes and "important things" on top of my wallet so I have to pick them up to find my wallet (thus reminding me to take them). But I'll pray too.

I actually don't have a problem with keys or wallets. It's just the other little things, and maybe wondering around the parking lot like an idiot. I keep me keys in my purse, backpack, or the little thing that you turn on a lamp-at cal poly it was a bulleton board with a couple thumb tacks.

Anyways...Thank you very much for your prayers. :) I really appreciate it.

Tie a really long string onto your car and the other end to yourself, never mind. That won't work.

Cal Poly?

Ae you going to Cal Poly? I know alot of People whom graduated from Cal Poly....and yes there is a big Parking Lot, very big.

Hum, something I like to do if I can't remember where I parked is to remember a specific landmark that sticks out from the rest of the landscape, and try to park as close as possible to it or right next to it. Or, set up a birghtly colored neon antena ball thats sure to stand out. Or, if your schooling through the night, get something that glows in the dark.

As for disks and things, I usually keep them in a seperate folder or bag to carry around. And I usually purchase the glowing red or green neon disks so I'm less likely to loose it. Basicaly, the more you make your stuff stand out, the more likely you'll see it and remember it. People are more prone to remember things unique and out of the ordinary.

I'll pray for you though, in particular that you make it through that aweful freeway if you are in fact attending Cal Poly.

God Bless,
Archan

I'm bad for getting lost on three-hour tours in parking lots, too, so what I usually do when I get out of the car is look for a significant landmark (at Wal-Mart, I find out if I'm in the lane facing the "Pharmacy" word on the storefront, etc.) and drill it into my head while I'm walking. Just don't drill too hard or you'll forget that you're in a parking lot with cars potentially moving around (not really a problem for me....)

I'll pray for you!
