For all the music-lovers out there, this is your place to swap lyrics, talk about new bands and jazz about concerts. All things related to the audio world belong here.

Haha, wow! I wasn't expecting to find anyone else here that likes Extol, let alone anyone who knew about KEKAL. I wasn't too thrilled with Extol's new release, but after a short while I found that I listen to it more than the others... song structures are amazing. Very intricate!

Anyways, here's my list:
Iona
Believer
Crimson Moonlight
Embodyment (no, not their new stuff...)
Antestor
Sanctifica
Ganglion
Pink Daffodils
Blind Guardian
Rhapsody
Strongarm
Petra
Tourniquet
Lucca Turrilli
Rhapsody
Lengsel
Joy Electric
Keith Green
John and Terry Talbot
Don Fransisco (didn't think anyone else ever heard of him!)
2nd Chapter of Acts
Lamb
Jennifer Knapp
The Indigo

Thats all I can think of right now...

Since only Lightbringer has recognized this band's name in the forums (as far as I can tell), I am guessing this band qualifies for this thread.

My favorite band of all time:

Precious Death
Find me on Steam, PlayStation Network (OmegaAmen), Backloggery, Twitter, and Twitch.tv

I am also in the Christian gaming group, Tribe of Judah in the Christian Gamers Alliance.

edit note: sorry :) I read "don't" first... but It was "didn't" - *blush*

Yea.. I have a Keith Green LP - the last one before he died - Prodigal Son

And... I have some from Petra, but nothing old stuff... I think the old one's better.

Scientist

The best Reggae Dub artist ever!! Dub is instrumental reggae with very little voices or none at all by the way. This music never really caught on over here but everyone I've had listen to this loved it.

Melocure (J-Pop) is so cool, it's like eating marshmallows injected with acid. (no, I've never tried it.) They did some songs for UFO Princess Valkyrie (aka Warukyure) and their new album 'Melodic Hard Cure' is totally on my list of things to purchase.

oh, yeah, can't forget The Delgados. They're a British band who did several songs for Gunslinger Girl, including the OP.

I luv Calibretto 13! East West is pretty good too.

Not very many people I know like Earthsuit or swing music--like the W's. Unfortunately, both those bands seem to have quit, so maybe that's why no one likes them. Except when they were a band, it was still like that!!!

I like Jars of Clay and All Star United too.

So someone else around here likes Mae, cool, I think anyone who digs Dashboard Confessional or Death Cab for Cutie should give them a try --they're almost like a hybrid of the two.

Lol I wouldn't know I've only spoken to him once and I had no idea who he was then.:P That was months ago but I know he's been pretty busy for awhile. And I myself I went through my own inactive stage for awhile. He was fine when I talked to him while playing Battlefield 1942 and from what I hear from the other guys he's cool. I have no idea if he's a Christian or not though.

Bands I hate:

Pop
Rap
New Country
Polite Punk
Most punk

Wait a second, those are genres, sorry.
"Relax, turn around, and take my hand." Tool
"Heir Kommt Die Sonne." Rammestein
"Now the world is gone, I'm just one. Oh please God help me." Metallica
"Are You Ready?!?" KoRn
"All and all your just another brick in the wall." Pink Floyd.
The downfall of society will be society itself.
Rap is the malignant tumor of the music industry.
