Has anyone ever played Little Nemo for the NES?

This game would make me have an aneurysm if it wasn't so darn cute... :eh: :bang: :hits_self

*raises hand* I have! And I own it, too! It is cute, and the music is really good. ^_____^ It gets really hard near the end, though. I always have trouble near the top of the second area of Nightmare Land, but I have finished it once or twice without Game Genie codes. One of Capcom's often-overlooked gems. :thumb:

The funniest part of the game is in the intro...
Nemo: But if she's a princess, that means she's a girl, right?
...
Messenger: She's not just a girl, she's a princess!
Nemo: I bet she's still a girl.
Cracks me up every time.

Here's a quick stage select code that might help you out a little; use it on the title screen when the only option available is "Start".

Up, Select, Left, Right, A, A, B

"Dream Select" should appear under "Start". With it selected, press A as many times as the number of dreams you want to skip -- that is, to start at Dream 3, press A twice.

So you're at the infamous House of Toys, eh? Yes, that was one of the tougher ones to get through. If I remember correctly, I would just stay near the center of the screen through most of it until I came to the part with the falling spiked ceiling when I'd move to the rear of the train and ducked until after it fell four times. Then I moved closer to the center again. (Other than that, I can't tell you much except try to remember what's coming up next.)

Hope that helps. ^_^

Oh the TOY FACTORY! That was so cool. And BTW Capcom made quite a few hard games. Think Super Ghouls and Ghosts, which, just when you think you've beaten it, they come up with a ridiculous reason for you to play through the entire game AGAIN to REALLY beat it.

Now I REALLY want to play this game. Too bad my NES is too dusty to really play anything any more.

the Megaman games were uber-hard too. I'm telling you, those people at Capcom were SADISTS! XD
