I go for a 30-minute walk every weekday. Then I usually end up running around the house at some point during the afternoon to blow off energy so I can sit quietly at my desk to do my homework without twitching. College is going to be fun. :P

I parked outside of campus -because I refuse to pay for a parking permit-, and thus had a ten minute walk to class, up a ravine.

That would be called rock breaking. And that would be very, very hard with a shovel.

I live on a ranch, so a lot of chores and maintenance could be considered exercise. I spent about an hour this morning cleaning several feet of ditch.

I love the "several" feet bit. It just shows how much works ditches make.

I spent a good part of my morning sitting in a truck. Then, I spent most of my afternoon sitting in a truck. Then, I spent the last part of my afternoon throwing straw bales. A 110, to be precise.

Haha, true. Who needs the gym when you can clean ditches?

And my gosh, that's a lot of straw. I bet your back will ache tomorrow.

That was nothing, and I'm not trying to be tough, but it was just unloading. A lot of straw is when me and 2 other guys move 300 bales out of the field into a barn. And my back didn't ache, which was rather nice.
