This is Awesome!!

Hello everyone, new member Kilvakar here! I almost couldn't believe that there is a Christian anime site like this! I'm so excited to be a member here. :thumb:

Anyway, a little about me: I used to think anime was dumb because I never watched much cartoons when I was young, and so when I saw pictures or cutscenes of spiky-haired guys yelling as they charged up energy fields around themselves, I thought "Oh man, that looks stupid!" But then I started watching Full Metal Alchemist and Bleach with my younger brothers, and I immediately saw how awesome it could be. Now I really enjoy many different series, especially Bleach, Fairy Tail, and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

I also like video gaming, playing RPGs, writing, hunting, martial arts, and gator wrestling (no joke!).

But I'm also a committed Christian, and I'm happy to see that there are others who share some of my interests, especially since many Christians have been convinced that anime is somehow "ungodly" to watch.

I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone here!

Thanks for the welcome :) To answer the questions:

My favorite video games are the Legend of Zelda series and Mass Effect.

I took Hwa Rang Do (a Korean style, sort of the older form of Tae Kwon Do) for 8 years and achieved the rank of 2nd degree black belt.

I read several comics and manga, Bleach and Fairy Tail are some of my favorite manga. I generally try to read at least a little of the manga of the anime series I watch, just to see if I like reading it as much as watching it. Usually, I don't, lol! I also read the Axe Cop webcomic, and the Bearmageddon webcomic by the same author.
