Happy New Year!

Postby Wolfsong » Thu Jan 01, 2015 10:35 am

So its no longer 2014. Wow. My brain is still stuck somewhere back at summertime.
Though, true, I live in Texas. Its pretty much always summer down here XD
Happy 2015 everyone! Any new year resolutions?
"Show me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day." Psalm 25:4-5

"Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.
Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles." Psalm 25: 16-22

My new years resolutions were 1024x768, 2560x1440, and 2048x1536. Didn't make any annual promises, as I tend to break those in the first week. I did, however, slip on some ice outside of work this morning and hurt my left arm, so the 2015 is off to a great start.

Happy New Year!! ^_^ Yes, I understand the never ending summer feeling T_T It's been cold here, but no snow, and very little rain. Not very Christmas-y...

I have made the resolution to find a church and read my Bible more. Kinda cheesy I know xD but honestly that's what's most important right now. Next to that I'm going to eat healthier and exercise more but I probably will not be sticking to that one, as I never do. It's really a miracle that I can fit through doors considering the way I eat whatever I want and don't work out. :\ yep things will be different this year for sure!
Do you see this gorgeous creature?

Happy new year! I don't tend to make resolutions, but I have hope that 2015 will be better for me that 2014. Lots of stress and pain last year that I'm anxious to move past. :)

2014 was actually a pretty good year for me at the end of it all. I'm a bit surprised to say that considering everything that happened but I couldn't be happier to be where I am now. I am, however, thrilled to be into 2015. I spent the better part of today working on my goals for it as well as planning out where I want to be 9 months, 6 months and so on with them. Its got me pretty pumped for the rest of this year which is guaranteed to be awesome.

Oh hey, I missed this.
I didn't make any specific resolutions. Those never end well for me. But I'm looking forward to seeing what this year has to hold. Last year had lots of ups and down, though it felt like it was mostly downs, to be honest. But I've hopefully learned from it and I want to serve God to the fullest this next year.

They have shewed thee, O teen, what is good; and what doth the world require of thee, but to fit in, be wealthy, have good looks, and be rebellious? -Peer Pressure 1:1

I understand that --2014 was pretty much the same for me. I'm praying this year is a better year.

I spent this week in Austin with friends --spent New Year's Eve playing Clue and cuddling tiny little kittens. :)

2014 is kind of a blur for me...I know I did stuff...but yeah whatever.

My resolution every year (for probably the past five years now) has been to budget my time better, and not get distracted so easily. Every year I think I get a little better at it.

But anyways, I hope 2015 is a great year for everyone here!

2014 sucked.

2015 sucks.

2016 will suck.

Every year sucks.

Except 6009. That year is cool because it's the same upside down as it is rightside up.

I wish it was 6009.

Also holds true for 1961, which is the most recent time it happened! Of course I wasn't alive yet. And we can't travel back to the past...yet...
