Has Anyone Heard of Falls Creek?

Postby haru_bay_nay » Fri Jun 11, 2004 11:18 am

I'm going to a huge church camp in southern Oklahoma called Falls Creek next week, and I was just wondering if anyone has heard of it or is going. It's really great! This'll be my first year to be old enough, and my youth group says it's the BEST. It's been around since like 1905, so surely someone has heard of it. Help me out here, people! :thumb:

Yes, I've heard of Falls Creek...my fiance(sp?) was saved there, but I've never been there myself. Heard a lot of good about it though. (I'm in Oklahoma too :3)

When I was in seminary in Fort Worth the church I attended sent a youth group there. I was the church host at the time so I was in charge of getting all their food stock arranged and taken to them. I was not there for the full week but the young people that attended were challenged and inspired.

Yeah, our youth group is going this summer, but I'm not gonna be able to make it...I'm totally bummed about that, but my uncle made plans in Toledo Bend for the same week Falls Creek is. You'll totally have to tell me how it is. :)

Wow, you were important, huh? (For those of us who eat constantly, escpecially! ^-^) I'm surprised there are people close by! I'm happy enough just to find another Oklahoman!

Noooo!!! Just when I though there'd be another anime-lover there! I'm leaving this Monday, and it's gonna be soooo hectic getting my stuff packed. Hopefully I can take an anime guy on an icee date! *lol!!*....You HAVE heard of the famous icee dates, haven't you?? More like an icee outing if you ask me. Don't worry, when I get back, I'll tell ya all about how the week went!
