Back from Hiatus

Postby Phantom_Sorano » Sun Sep 15, 2013 7:47 pm

Hey everyone.

After a long hiatus due to personal reasons, I have decided it is finally time to return to the 'ol beautiful CAA. This site has always held a special place in my heart, and I have missed it and several of the members here. It's good to be back, though I may be a bit rusty with the general swig of things. Please be patient with me, and I apologize for any derps in advance.

Again, it's good to be back. Any comments, questions, whatever are most welcome. :)

Most memorable? Hmm.....

I've been a member for roughly eight years.....so....

I guess I am most known for various rpg playing here. In addition, I love the goof off and chat. But it is hard to pin point a specific thread that might be memorable. ^^;

If this is a Q and A thread, I suppose I can shoot a question while I'm here.
What kind of pets do you have and what are your names (for some reason, I've always thought of you as a cat person.)

Thank you for the warm welcomes, everyone. :)

And Rockie, to answer your question:

I am not a "cat person"; I'm highly allergic, though I think they are cute and I like to make convincing cat noises. Right now, I am basically without a pet, especially after moving seven hours away from where I was living about a month ago. I do technically have a fish that my boyfriend is watching for me. A crowntail betta named Alizarin; the name comes from his color being so close to alizarin crimson-a popular red hue well known to painters.

Fish always seemed to me to be more of decorations than pets since you can't actually do anything with them except look at them.

Fish can be trained to an extent. A friend of mine trained her betta to go to a specific spot in his tank for meal times. They can also be trained to swim through hoops and other stuff. :)
