just in time for summer i have my summer book, The Dante Club by Mathew Pearl .

this book is set in Boston, 1865. A series of murders, all of them inspired by scenes in Dante's Inferno . Really tripy stuff

sooo anyone read it yet?

When you find yourself in the company of a halfling and an ill-tempered
Dragon, remember, you do not have to outrun the Dragon...
...you just have to outrun the halfling.

I just borrowed it from the library actually....haven't started reading though. It looks good.
Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away.
