Unless something changes, Wednesday the 26th is the realease of:

Theif: Deady Shadows


Anyone else getting this one? I've got mine pre-ordered and I've been drooling over the movies and screen shots for a while now.

I'm planning on being at EB when they open Wednesday so I can get my copy as soon as it comes in (well, something like that, then I'll be going to do my wash and stuff).

Ion Storm did an awesome job with this game... it's got a great Theif feel to it... and they've kept much of what made the game great, including the NPC interactions and conversations..... and the physics engine is pretty sweet too.... I've heard of some really fun things people have done with it so far (esp. the oil flasks).

Oh, and if you haven't been on the boat yet, be sure to turn off the lights and put on some depends... it's seriously creepy (though I've heard it's not the creepiest part of the game).

I've got about 900 minutes of playtime in the game so far since last Wednesday, and I don't think I'm even half way through the game yet. (and I've not got 100% loot on any of the levels yet either).

I highly recommend it to anyone who remotely likes stealth games, even if you haven't played the previous ones (but thankfully they've re-released the 1st two games so you can go back and play them on PC if you want).

I have theif 2, i saw 3 in EB........... and i wept, cause i couldn't buy it, it looked so awsome though, I WANT IT!!!

im about to go on the boat, i have abour 300 mins in so far, and i got 100% of the loot on the church level, (oil flask and fire arrow are so fun!)

This game just keeps getting better and better.... spend just about my whole day off playing it today (instead of doing all the things I should have been doing ;) )

A while ago I finished a mission and had a total of almost 1300 minutes of playtime (not including any of the re-loads and such that I've done, some of which made the replay time go quicker). T3 reinstates my faith in Ion Storm.
