What are your deadlines like? Also, are you looking for genre specific bloggers? And what is the quota you would need to put in meaning, how many reviews a week, month, or months?

My blog does not run on a schedule, mostly because that just wouldn't work for me.

And no, I am not looking for genre- or even medium-specific bloggers. Talk about what you like, be it anime, manga, live action, etc.
