I had a dream once when i was in my later teens, and i think in my dream i was even younger. My grandparents were visiting our place out in the country, where there are lots of trees and it gets dark at night.

They were getting ready to leave to go back home, only they were leaving at night, which is strange because the trip between our houses is about 8 hours.

Anyway, i decided to sneak into the woods to scare them while they were getting into the car, by making crying sounds, like a baby, really high pitched and wailing. The weird thing was that it actually worked, except that after a while the crying noises came from somewhere outside of me.

Then they got into the car and started driving away, and my body transformed to look like the monster from Alien, except that i had an extra head that looked like a large skull shaped like a baby's head, but it was all black, and i jumped on top of their car as they drove away but they shook me off.

The dream changed then, taking a top-down view, like some gameboy game, and i was using a Game Boy Advance like a tracking device. I was back to normal, but i'd still hear screaming, and i was in town trying to track the monster down to kill it, and it was hurting people. I never caught it though cause i woke up.

The second freakiest dream i'd had was when i was about 11 or so, i had just read the Adventures of Young Indiana Jones comic book that my dad had, and it showed a mummy, and i was scared that a mummy was going to grab me out of my bed for about a month. Anyway, my dream was that i was hiding in a pyramid or warehouse behind some cardboard boxes because i could hear the mummy coming for me. Only, when it came into view it looked like red, green, and yellow silly string all smooshed together and hopping along on one leg (it only had one) and had two cartoony eyes stuck onto its face, like mr potato head. It's funny now, but in my dream it was terrifying.

Well it was a turkey sandwich. But the turkey was kind of dry and sliced way too thin. And the lettuce was a bit brown on the edges, and there was no mayo on it. But there WAS ketchup. And instead of the superior red onions, there was yellow onions on it. And it was on white bread.

Like I said. It was not a very good sandwich.

That wasn't actually my worst dream though. No, the worst dream I had was far worse than that one.

The worst dream I had was that I found a beautiful, fun, charming woman that wanted to be with me. We fell madly in love, and got married. We had a nice place in Canada where we snuggled closely with each other in the cold and made sweet love down by the fire. And we grew old together, staying just as in love in our elderly years as we were when we were young.

It's the worst dream I've ever had because I woke up.

worst dream ever?

Marjah, Afghanistan; pulling guard duty for a month and a half. Went to sleep, dreamt this:

My sister, my sweet, innocent, beautiful little 11 year old who would never harm a soul, was begging me for permission to shoot our mother. It was like a five minute conversation about "let me shoot mommy, pleeeease?"

Then she shot her, and I had to clean up the blood-stained sheets and matress where she'd died.

I woke up....still in Afghanistan.

I think that's the worst one.
With your doubt, all is comfort
We are all as we appear
No more questions left unanswered
No more wonder, no more fear
Nothing is beauty, nothing's feeling
Blood where there once was a soul
So I ask you, prove yourself
Make me believe that you are whole

aw.........what a beautiful (yet sad) dream... But I get the whole worst dream thing. I dreamt an real awesome guy asked me out. I couldn't get my dream out of my head whenever I saw him. It sucked, since I liked him, and it made it real obvious. :/

----
Last night (technically this morning) I had a horrible dream: I dreamt my parents were screaming and yelling at me about my lack of cleaning skills. (They don't yell very often) My sister got a beating, and I was scared. But I stood up and yelled "Well maybe i should jjust die then!" my mom said "so what maybe you should!" i never meant it but my moms response shocked me (in the dream and real life because she would never ever say that) so screamed (while crying) "But even if you don't care about me anymore.....I still love you!"

Then I woke up. Now I'm depressed cuz i almost missed my history exam because of it.

Anycase, my scariest dream.... Hard to choose! Usually I'm being chased around by a poisonous spider, but there was another one where I was trying to save a piglet from the supermarket and got struck by lightning.

My worst dream ever? I've had some really bad ones. Probably a tie between the dream where all my family and friends abandon me, and the one where everyone at hogwarts and otherwise turns into vampires and I have to escape on a skateboard

I had a dream about Care Bears and the only line I recall was "Ah-ha" from that green bear.

To this day I do not know why I dreamt about Care Bears >_<

I once dreamed that "the force" was real and that I was a Jedi Master. I spent a good few minutes of sheer glee levitating myself and other objects. Then I woke up.

It was the worst dream I ever had because I have never had it again.

I had one of those, too, years ago. It was awesome.

Since then, I've actually had a lot of dreams where I flew through various means or made some huge jumps. Not sure why.

1) I had one very weird dream when I was about four that wouldn't make sense if I told you, but it was weird enough got me to remember it today...ten years later. That would probably be my worst dream, even though it's not scary anymore.

2) I also had one weird dream that partially came true the next day, it wasn't anything big, but it was still scary that it came true...

3) I have weird dreams in general. However, they're usually completely logical and literal when I think about it; they're never set in another world, there's never any unicorns or chimeras or ninjas, there's just regular people, usually friends of mine, and it's usually set at school for no apparent reason.

I used to have dream like that...actually I prayed for help mid dream...and it came.I never had a nightmare again...the nightmare was me getting attacked and tortured by dark figures.I did once had a dream it was the zombie end of the world...i had too much fun killing them to get scared.I had a chainsaw. It was fun!I woke up and had the best day ever.I(And its not scary but its weird as heck.)once dreamed me and Jim carry became commandos to save Ben Franklin.Oh well...the worst dream I had was similar to nate's.I met a girl but it was in like a fantasy world I imagined up it was so cool...it was like if I had this life all my troubles would be gone.I was so important and with her around it felt I would never be lonely again.I then woke up.I wanted to believe it was real I even thought it was for a sec in dream...then she got stabbed by a nazi...I woke up.......I swear if I ever meet that nazi again in a dream im gonna do things that would get me banned for saying.Im talking torture.I hate nazis so much now.I mean it HATE.

I had a roommate in college who once had a dream about me and a young lady who i was friends with at the time. He didn't want to tell me about it because:

1. It was explicit i guess.
2. He didn't want his dream to affect my choices in life.

After he told me his dream, i got mad that he had made such a big deal about it and told him that i'm going to make my decisions regardless of any dream, i'm not that weak willed.

After a while i forgot about the dream.

Four years later, she and i got married.
