Greetings are always strange things in my opinion, so I think I'll stick with a good old fashioned hello in this case.

I have a couple of online monikers, but my username of choice is the one you see here.

My hobbies include everything from golf to copious amounts of reading, and I love discussing the things about which I am passionate. I happen to enjoy all kinds of nerdy things ranging from games and science fiction films to manga's sister medium, comics.

As for the central subject matter of this site; I used to watch a number of anime when I was younger, though I haven't watched much in recent years. I actually discovered this place through another forum and hope to use it as a springboard for discovering some good anime.

I look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully form some friendships along the way.

Feel free to ask me questions if you like, and I promise not to be offended if you don't ;)

@TopazRaven: I used to watch many of the Gundam and Dragon Ball Z anime. I've also seen various episodes of Bleach and Death Note, though I've never seen either of them in full sequential order. I recently got Netflix, so I'll remedy that misfortune in the near future. Most recently, I finished up Avatar: The Last Airbender, but that was about a year ago, and I've been looking for some new stuff since then.

@Rocklobster: I actually found this site due to a link someone posted on one of the threads on the Teddekker.com forum. I started exploring the site and decided it'd be well worth my time to create an account.

P.S. Your username is awesome.

Edit: Almost forgot, Jelly Baby? I'm not sure I follow.

About jelly babies...I had the same question. One day I found out it is a very popular candy in England and they are mentioned a lot in Dr.Who tv series.
But I still have not tried one.

There is also anime in Hulu.com, if you want to try another source.
