Sleep schedule? What is this new fad these young'ns have nowadays?

In any case, I go to bed around 2:00 AM at earliest. Recently, I've been staying up until 4:00 in the morning and waking up around either 10:00 or 11:00 AM by alarm clock in order to do some chores. While I was in college, going to bed before midnight was still unheard of, but I had to get up around 7:00 for my first class at 8:00.

During the weekends however, my sleep schedule is as erratic as my blood pressure.

Ironically, no matter what time I go to sleep, I always wake up at 6:00AM.

I'm the prime example of a night owl. I tend to go to bed sometime between 1 - 4 AM and then wake up... whenever. :-/ Haha, I am such an insomniac. XD This morning I woke up around 6 AM but forced myself to try and get more sleep... Thankfully this time, I actually did.

Last night I went to bed when I realized that "OH GOD IT'S LIGHT OUTSIDE!"

I go to bed sometime between 10 p.m.-12 a.m. every night. Waking up...varies. I wake up around 6-6:30 a.m. during the school year, but since it's summer, I wake up around 8-9 a.m. every morning. The only exception is on Sundays, b/c my church has a 8 a.m. service, which sounds early but makes your day much longer if you go to it. :)

This... sounds somewhat like me. XD

It's strange how I can only seem to get sleep during the day. (And early morning...) When I go to bed, and I've been awake for awhile, I go ahead and check the clock, which usually says 2 AM or 3 AM. But then I still stay awake for awhile, no matter how tired I am.
