And the winner is...

And now, the moment you've all been waiting for. This past month, Reverend Doc and I held a flyer contest to come up with some designs to take with the good Rev. to this year's Animazement Convention. The ballots are in. It was quite the close contest, with the winner only pulling ahead by the small margin of 2 points. Ladies and gentleman, your winning design is...

Congratulations Glitch! And thank you to all of our wonderful art judges who graciously volunteered their time on such short notice.

YAY4GLITCH!

I hope that the mods will consider what I said earlier about keeping all the images available for people to use, though.

It's weird being the one who replies to this thread, not the one who created it! LOL

Congrats Glitch! You did a great job! (and no, I'm not just saying that cuz you used the mech...;) ) hehe

(in response to an interview question "Do you have a pet peeve having to do with this biz?")
People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.

Healing hands of God have mercy on our unclean souls
once again. Jesus Christ, Light of the World, burning
bright within our hearts forever. Freedom means love
without condition, without beginning or an end. Here's
my heart, let it be forever Yours, only You can make
every new day seem so new.

Hey, everyone ^.^ I just wanted to say that I think what you're doing is great. I'm a huge anime/manga/video game fan, and while I find most of it to be creative and deep, I am at times saddened by its questionable material (yaoi/yuri, profanity, violence, the use of magic, etc). While I generally try to take it with a grain of salt, I have found that these aspects are still wrong, and that pretending that they are ok or ignoring them doesn't make them right. It is very encouraging to know that Christian Anime is not an impossible concept or a lost cause. I am looking forward to becoming a video game designer and an anime cartoonist in the near future, and what you are doing is very inspiring. Thank you, to those who are not afraid or ashamed of their faith. No matter what anyone says, you are making a difference somehow, somewhere. Never forget who you are, and who you are not. ^_^
