Yeah, I had the whole anime series and the all the Samuri X movies. But I sold the movies (especially Reflection because it made me so mad) as well as the third season because these weren't cannon. They are fine if you take it as an entirely different story from the manga or what Watsuki wanted. But hey, if you like how Reflection ends, thats great. ^_^ I hate it, but thats because it is a sad ending to a story Watsuki worked hard to give a happy ending. The manga is better. XD

I feel like this seems to be the deal with quite a bit of anime I am finding...

Anyway, I started and have been watching a lot of Sgt. Frog
I absolutely love this show! It is so funny. I even bought Season 2 while I was at Zenkaikon this weekend. So great!

Was watching more Brotherhood and Soul Eater last night.
Brotherhood continues to be fantastic! It is really hard for me to stop watching. I keep wanting to click on the next episode and then I realize that I have to do something else with my life.

Soul Eater is fun. I like Death The Kid and his obsession with perfect symmetry lol It should be interesting to see how the series pans out now that all the characters have been introduced.

Also been watching more Sgt. Frog. That show continues to be weird and hilarious.

Almost forgot: I also started watching Hetalia: Axis Powers. HILARIOUS!!!! I love History and am studying to be a History teacher and this show is great! It is so accurate to true History. XD

Fullmetal Alchemist - only on episode 11, but this is my second time watching it. I think I'm enjoying it even more this time than last time.

Nabari no Ou - I'm still trying to decide how I feel about this anime. Kouichi Aizawa is pretty cool though ^__^

Bleach - just start the Bount Arc. The Rescue Arc is my favourite of the whole anime.

Soul Eater - Just started this one, only on episode 3 ^_^

I finished Brigadoon: Marin And Melan this weekend. I'm not sure what to say about it. It was good in some ways (very well plotted, in so far as it makes you keep watching to see what happens next), but weird, and problematic in weird ways.

And speaking of weird anime, I watched the first episode of FLCL before work this morning. No comment yet.

I'm also still watching the first season of School Rumble, on about episode 21. Maybe it's just me, but I think that's a show that just keeps getting better. I mean, I thought it was hilarious to begin with, but I love how the cast keeps expanding.

Weird anime experience...

Patlabor TV episode 27 involves the Special Vehicles Unit Division 2 (the mecha cops, to the uninitiated) assisting in the demolition of a run down old building. It turns out that said building is haunted by, among other things, the ghosts of the victims of the Tokyo Bay Earthquake four years previous. Of course, one of the characters explains the horrific quake to the main character, who was too young to know much about it when it happened. The episode is meant to be comedic, like most of the show; however, I found it rather disquieting. In light of current events, it's a bit too early, I think, to view this episode.

I love Jubei-Chan. (Love the fantastic OP theme too.) It's super funny, but I almost forgot I ever watched it. :hits_self Good thing Rusty Claymore mentioned it.

Now back to the topic: I'm currently watching School Days and Ergo Proxy. "Paranoid Android" was a pleasant surprise. I wonder if the song hints at anything at all in the series.

Monster episode 9 - The funny thing about this was that I was eating supper while watching it, and it seemed like half the episode was the characters eating supper XD

And I started watching the first FMA series with my sisters! WOOHOO!!!!!   I've been a huge fan for years, so this is really awesome to be able to share it with my cool sisters - who are finally old enough to watch it!!!! (One of them's only twelve :forehead: But they seemed completely unfazed by the intense first scene, so I think they're okay.) So far we've watched episodes 1-3 and 5 (because episode 4 is stupid, pointless, OOC, and boring).

Noein 1-24 (sub): Well, this was a little weird at first (including its art style and animation, which were both a bit more... dramatic than I had been expecting :)), but overall it was actually really good. (And quantum physics FTW! :thumb:) I mean, even the episode that looked like it was going to be a recap actually turned out to be pretty much all plot, including new explanations of two scenes from the series' very first ep. So yeah, I enjoyed this. :)

Watching High School of the Dead. A little too ecchi in my opinion, but nonetheless, really interesting...because I loves me some zombies! Also, Black Cat again.

I'm actually under the impression that the manga is eeeever so slightly less ecchi, which is why I'm reading it. Still very harem with ecchi, but I like it better :)

Just finished watching tegami bachi reverse. :thumbsdow

I hated the ending, it sucked, what was the point?
I thought the first half of it was good, I really liked it, but as soon as they had Gauche wake up and say he was Noir again it began to go downhill.
(Only because they started AO-ing everything, since they passed the manga at that point.) At first I thought it could be interesting, and it was... until the last 4 episodes or so. I thought the whole plot of the second season was Lag bringing happiness back to Sylvette and Aria - Aka - Gauche coming home. But no, apperently, Noir needs to help Roda (the dog girl, who while cute, I find her having a crush on him creepy.) and the other ones who failed to become spirit find a home or something idoitic like that. (while else, would he, near the end of the final episode, be going anywhere with them???)
Aria was way to silent, why isn't she **** off, sad, or saying anything like, 'i'll wait for you!' Same goes for Sylvette, I DON'T GET IT. :comp:
Who gives a crap if Lag is 'okay with him being Noir, cause we'll always be friends!' I want to see the two woman in Gauche's life before 'Roda' (the dog girl) get upset or having 'Noir' show some sort of interest in coming home to them. (I thought he used to like Aria...? Why no reaction?)
I hated how they ended it, and if they make a 3rd season, they better fix everything with Gauche, Aria and Sylvette before focusing on stupid little Lag, whom now I can't stand anymore. (Which is a shame, because I really used to like him. (Great job, AO team, great job. :shake:)
Rant End.

I watched the first 4 episodes of Vampire Knight. This is a decent show. I enjoy the characters and animation. It is a bit formulaic in that every episode is basically the same plot with just different settings and different dangers for Yuki to fall into. I like it, its just not that special. The one thing I really like about it is Vic Mignogna's performance in the dub as Zero. It is really interesting to hear Vic do a completely serious character. Most of his characters are spazy or goofy in some form or another. Even his more serious characters like Ed and Fai have their super happy moments. Zero, though, has a completely dead (no pun intended) seriousness to him. Almost never smiling and always moody. It is cool to see Vic stepping out of his normal character archetype.

I also watched more Brotherhood, Soul Eater, and Sgt. Frog. All three continue to be great shows and more to add to my buy list.

I watched episode 10 and 11 of Shiki recently. That show continues to be so crazy and awesome!
I can't believe they bit Natsuno!!!! Holy Crap!!! When do we get some Vampire killing. I am sick of seeing them win
1. Caught up completely on Fairy Tail. Quite few days ahead of schedule. Enough to blow a 26-episode gap into my schedule. So, per recommendation of a friend...

2. Picked up Black Lagoon. This is gonna be a FUN series.

3. Finished Valkyria Chronicles. Something about that show just seemed... not all there. It was OK.

4. Starting Excel Saga tomorrow. More FUN... of a different kind.

Started watching FMA, then realized I was watching the Brotherhood, so switched to the original (so now I've seen the first episode of both of them).

It's intriguing. I can't understand why anyone likes the opening theme... maybe you just have to watch it long enough. I'm talking to much on this... lalala, just ignore.

I also found a list of episodes on Tales of Abyss, though I keep spoiling it for myself because I have a friend who's currently playing the game.

Aaaand just finished the 3rd Gundam 0079 movie. That trilogy took a lot longer to finish than expected... but, compacting 42 episodes into 3 movies, I shouldn't expect anything less intense.

Just so you know, the manga version is far superior (particularly once the anime hits episode 13 and the ensuing second season "Guilty", which was just plain bad when it comes to adaptation, and for no good reason, either {...seriously, don't get even me started on what they did to the second season's finale! :mutter:}). If you don't mind full and complete spoilers, you can read my detailed rant about this here]really recommend that you read the VK one, at least after you finish the anime (if not before). :)
