Favorite game to play
do you have your forum set to newest post first? (it's so weird to see everyone post ^ to you when you are V. XD, also the: "The person below me" TPBM becomes TPAM but they don't say that)

Furen's questions:
1. I'd sell a Studio Ghibli movie. I wouldn't even need to say anything. They speak for themselves.
2. Tetris

1. How did you get introduced into the Dark Tower series?

My local librarian noticed I was starting on Stephen King and said "You have to read Dark Tower, it's his best work!"
2. Do you read any other King books?

I've read so many, it's hard to keep track: Needful Things, The Green Mile, It, Carrie, The Dark Tower, Under the Dome, et al
3. Most obscure title that you like to read?

I read all the Chronicles of Prydain books. Despite the fact that the second and last ones won Newberys and there's a Disney version, most people I know haven't heard of them. The fact that the Disney version SUCKS (even if you haven't read the books) probably doesn't help matters. Trust me, it's a great series. It's like King Arthur meets Narnia.

Here's an excellent one: "Leave the past to God's forgiveness. Leave the future to God's providence. Live in the present. It's God's gift to us, that's why it's called the present." (said by Father John Corapi)
Can you dance?

yeah.

Do you eat meals at set times or different times each day?

Depends. I usually eat breakfast around 6 or 8. I tend to eat lunch around 11:30 or 12. Dinner usually at 7 or 8, depending on when mom finishes cooking. (yes, I still live with my folks. I don't make enough money to live on my own.
Favorite parody?

Spaceballs and Red Dwarf.
"Prepare the ship for Ludicrous Speed!"
(BTW Red Dwarf is basically Star Trek meets Monty Python. Yes, it's that funny)

I'd say "Pump Up the Jam" by Technotronic
Strangest thing that's happened to you?

The strangest thing that ever happenned to me would also be the scariest. I was helping my dad repair a brick chimney and had to get off the scaffolding. The day was windy and I missed my footing. I was blown over to the side and (I still don't know how this worked!) actually made it to the ground safely. I'm convinced my guardian angel helped me out a little.
Favorite conspiracy theories?

The whole Area 51 thing.

Did you do the Black Friday craziness?
If so, how successful were you?
So you watch any "real-life dramatized" shows like Cold Case Files or Medical Mysteries?

I stay the heck away from any store on Black Friday. I usually wait until mid-December. Besides, one of the pluses of being an only kid is you only really need to buy presents for the parents and no one else.

I watch TV to escape. So the only real-life thing I watch is news.

No, but I want to so bad since Johnny Yong Bosch is in the Wii game. He's a great VA!

Nope. Although I've always wanted to see Swan Lake because it's based on the story "The Six Swans" by Hans Christian Andersen, and I love his stories.
2. Ever been to a play?

yep, quite a few. I've seen:
1. dinner theatre version of The Sound of Music,
2. school play called The Silver Whistle (it was part of a project for drama class),
3. school play called The Perils of Lulu, which is really a mess. It's about a girl named Lulu who gets into all sorts of trouble, see your other question to see just what kind of trouble she gets into.
and a stage version of The Music Man (Seventy-six trombones led the big parade...--yeah, I love this story. It's a movie too, check it out sometime)
3. Favorite stage thing you've ever seen? (and this can be play, ballet, opera, as long as it's been on a stage)

That would be The Perils of Lulu. The girl in this story gets into all sort of trouble: She gets caught up in a tornado (yep, just like Dorothy Gale) She gets on a ship, and it sinks several hours later (The ship's sinking was done in slo-mo, complete with strobing lights to make it look like slo-mo). She ends up on a deserted island, and the play then spoofs King Kong (The stage hands actually had a big gorilla hand for the gorilla. That was the only part of the gorilla you saw). Oh, and along the way, a tabloid reporter is hounding her, along with a Russian spy played by a good friend of mine. (She did a great Russian accent. She must've watched a lot of Bullwinkle and Rocky, because it sounded like a flawless impersonation of Natasha Fatale). It's every bit as crazy as it sounds. I only went to it because I promised my friend. I loved every minute of it. (BTW, I looked the play up on Wikipedia just now. Would you believe nothing came up, except a few references to Little Lulu and the Lemony Snicket books?)
Oh, and a close second would be Cats. I didn't see it live, it was on PBS for one of their pledge drives.

That would be the Tom Swift books. They're about a whiz kid in the future who has all sorts of zany inventions. However, the books are kind of cheesy because they're like reading stuff inspired by cheesy sci-fi serials of the 30's (we're talking Buck Rogers-style sci-fi here)
What got you into sci-fi/fantasy?

What got me into sci-fi was watching The Jetsons as a kid. Then watching classic Doctor Who and Star Wars really got me into it. As for Fantasy, Disney got me started on that road.
Character you wish you were most like?

That would be Vash from Trigun
